The fully equipped, modern kitchen has a hob, oven incl. integrated microwave, crockery and cooking utensils, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and side-by-side fridge. The approx. 15sqm terrace is covered with an awning and equipped with lounge furniture and an electric barbecue as well as an adjoining small garden. The holiday home was built in 2022 according to the KfW55 standard as a low-energy house, the heating and hot water production are environmentally friendly and energy-saving via a heat pump that is 100% powered by green electricity.

The holiday home, newly built in 2022, offers modern, upscale furnishings and is located in the picturesque village of Marlen near Kehl. In the centre of the Ortenau - a region with many facets - there are a variety of excursion possibilities, for example to the Black Forest, to the French Alsace or to Europa-Park Rust and RUlantica. The large holiday home with approx. 110 square metres of living space on 2 floors offers the comfort of home and can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy your coffee on the covered terrace with a view of the garden and relax. The holiday home has a car park directly in front of the house and also a carport with an electric car charging station (charging prices are charged separately).
A lockable room with a socket for your e-bike is available for bicycles. Free WiFi access is also available on site. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Arrival is possible from 4 p.m., on the day of departure the holiday home is available until 11 a.m. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time. On-site access is easy with a combination code lock.
