Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, ca. 1km vom Zentrum und Bahnhof und nur 100m von einem Edeka Markt und weiteren Märkten und Bäckereien entfernt. Das Haus wurde 2013 neu gebaut und liegt in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet in Gengenbach. Die zwei FeWo befinden sich im 1.Stockwerk. Sie bieten Platz für 2-4 Personen und sind mit einer Fußbodenheizung, modernem Bad mit ebener Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die FeWo haben moderne, voll ausgestattete Küchen mit Geschirrspüler, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Senseo-Kaffeemaschine. Gengenbach bietet eine hervorragende Auswahl an Restaurants und Cafés und bietet etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und Veranstaltungen zu jeder Jahreszeit, sowie traumhafte Ausflugsziel für jeden Geschmack. Schwimmbäder, Fahrradverleih, Minigolf, Golf, Tennis und vieles mehr sind in der Nähe zu nutzen. Vor dem Haus steht Ihnen ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie ein Fahrradstellplatz zur Verfügung. Wir bieten Ihnen einen schnellen kostenlosen WLAN Zugang, sowie auf Wunsch einen Abholung und Bring-Service zum Bahnhof Gengenbach an.
