Beherbergungssteuer

Beherbergungssteuerpflichtig sind grundsätzlich alle Personen, die in Dresden entgeltlich privat in Hotels, Gasthöfen oder Pensionen, Ferienunterkünften oder ähnlichen Beherbergungsstätten sowie auf Campingplätzen übernachten, soweit nicht ausnahmsweise eine Steuerbefreiung besteht. 

Seit dem 1. Januar 2019 beträgt die Beherbergungssteuer 6 Prozent der Bemessungsgrundlage, abgerundet auf volle Euro-Cent. Die Bemessungsgrundlage für die Berechnung der Beherbergungssteuer ist das jeweils für die einzelne Übernachtung geschuldete Entgelt.

The non-smoking holiday apartment (80 sqm)  for 2 to 4 persons. The apartment is furnished in a comfortable way and provides two sleeping rooms, a big eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and complete kitchen equipment. The bathroom provides bath tub and shower. The apartments provides TV.

Short Characteristics

The non-smoking holiday apartment (80 sqm)  for 2 to 4 persons is situated in a renovated villa in Dresden-Blasewitz and has good traffic connection. The apartment is furnished in a comfortable way and provides two sleeping rooms, a big eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and complete kitchen equipment. The bathroom provides bath tub and shower. The apartments provides TV, phone and internet access on request. Parking lots on the  property.
(The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)

Arrival: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Departure: 10 a.m. - 12 a.m.

* Arrival by car:
From autobahn A 4, take exit Hellerau. Proceed on B170 towards Dresden. From Dresden-Neustadt station, drive on B6 (Bautzner Strasse) towards Bischofswerda. After having passed the Elbe castles, turn right into Schillerstrasse. At Körnerpaltz, cross the Blaues Wunder bridge. At Schillerplatz, turn left into Tolkewitzer Strasse. Turn right into Oehmestrasse (after having passed two traffic lights) Proceed on the main road.

* Arrival by public transport:
from the airport: take S-Bahn towards central station and get off at central station. Take tram 10 (towards Striesen) and get off at stop Altenberger Strasse. Cross Schandauer Strasse, then cross Altenberger Strasse. The holiday apartment is located in house no. 9, about  350 m from here on the right side of the street.

* Arrival from Dresden-Neustadt station: take tram 6 towards Niedersedlitz and get off at stop Jüngststrasse. Turn right into Oehmestrasse and change to the street'’s left side. Proceed on the road, pass Niederwaldplatz. You will come to Altenberger Strasse. The holiday apartment is located in house no. 9 on the street’s left side. (450 m)

Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat gut gefallen, dass die Ferienwohnung nicht direkt im Zentrum war. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.
