Beherbergungssteuer

Beherbergungssteuerpflichtig sind grundsätzlich alle Personen, die in Dresden entgeltlich privat in Hotels, Gasthöfen oder Pensionen, Ferienunterkünften oder ähnlichen Beherbergungsstätten sowie auf Campingplätzen übernachten, soweit nicht ausnahmsweise eine Steuerbefreiung besteht. 

Seit dem 1. Januar 2019 beträgt die Beherbergungssteuer 6 Prozent der Bemessungsgrundlage, abgerundet auf volle Euro-Cent. Die Bemessungsgrundlage für die Berechnung der Beherbergungssteuer ist das jeweils für die einzelne Übernachtung geschuldete Entgelt.

Anreisebeschreibung

by car: Motorway exit 81a Dresden Hellerau; follow the signs marked "Zentrum" onto Radeburger Straße (1 km) - at the traffic lights by the ARAL filling station, turn left onto Stauffenbergallee towards Pillnitz (1.5 km) -drive straight ahead until you reach the junction of Radeberger Straße/Waldschlösschenstraße; turn left there into Radeberger Straße (5.5 km)
Bear right into Charlottenstraße (5.7 km) - turn right at the end of the street on to the S95 /Fischhausstraße (6.4 km) - turn left at the end of Fischhausstraße into Bautzner Straße in the direction of Bischofswerda/Bautzen (6.6 km) - you have reached the entrance to Eckberg Castle on the right-hand side (7.8 km)



*by car: Motorway exit Dresden Hellerau - turn right in direction City center - on ;Radeburger Straße“. On the traffic light by the "ARAL" gas station turn left onto “Stauffenbergallee" in the direction of "Pillnitz". Always straight to crossroad "Radeberger Straße/Waldschlösschenstraße", here turn left onto „Radeberger Straße“. After 200m turn right onto Charlottenstrasse. At the end of the street turn right onto S95 / “Fischhausstraße”. At the end of “Fischhausstraße” turn left onto “Bautzner Straße”, direction „Bischofswerda/Bautzen”. You have reached the entrance to the “Schloss Eckberg” on the right side.Pay attention to the hotel guidance system.
