There is a possibility to cancel the reservation free of charge until 2 days before arrival (6 p.m.). If you make a later cancellation, you have to pay for the first night. 3. We accept a written cancellation to tourismus@regensburg.de. 4. You will get special cancellation terms, if this is a booking for a group.
