Rosel's Mountain Lodge is part of a well-kept residential complex on the outskirts of Oberaudorf. The house has a swimming pool and a sauna. A private car parking space is already reserved for you. The flat also has a separate cellar compartment.

Environment description

Supermarkets, restaurants, the Hocheck mountain railway, the spa gardens, doctors, petrol stations and the village centre with numerous small shops, butchers and bakers are all within a 2km radius. Oberaudorf railway station is just a few minutes' walk away.

We will contact you after receiving your booking request. A deposit of 30% of the rental price will be charged for the booking. If the deposit is not received within 5 working days of the booking confirmation and receipt of the invoice, the booking will automatically expire. The remaining amount is due 30 days before arrival. If you cancel your booking, - free cancellation is possible up to 90 days before arrival, - between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the booked rental price, - between 59 and 30 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the booked rental price, - thereafter we will charge you 90% of the booked rental price as cancellation costs, - In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked rental price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance Please note that we charge an additional short-term flat rate of EUR 70.00 for short stays of up to 5 nights. Tourist tax: The prices quoted do not include visitor's tax: Adults EUR 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
