Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine ruhige Terrasse, von der Sie den Blick in die umliegende Bergwelt genießen. Das Mehrparteienhaus verfügt zudem über einen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Für Sie steht auf dem Grundstück ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Wlan. Zur Verfügung stehen im Keller gegen eine geringe Gebühr eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Die Wohnung ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, der Bahnhof befindet sich 0,5 km südlich der Wohnung. In 5 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuß den Auerbach, der zum Verweilen und wandern einlädt. In das Zentrum von Oberaudorf benötigen Sie lediglich einen Fußmarsch von ca. 10 Minuten. Dort stehen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gastronomiebetriebe zur Verfügung. Auch den Ortsteil Niederaudorf erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten. Eine gute Ausgangslage haben Sie ab der Wohnung ebenfalls für Wanderungen sowie Fahrradtouren.
