The Das Kaiser holiday flat on the 1st floor is 75 m² in size and offers a modern, excellently equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a cosy living room with dining area. The spacious balcony with an unobstructed view of the mountains invites you to enjoy. Free WiFi is available in the flat. There is a free car park in front of the accommodation.
You can reach the centre of Oberaudorf on foot in approx. 15 minutes. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available there. The Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain can also be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes. Direct starting point for numerous hiking and cycling trails.
Environment description
In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the
Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains,
lies the idyllic holiday destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the
foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and
Chiemgau, close to the Bavarian capital of Munich, guests will find pure
rest and relaxation. Here you will find everything you need for a
holiday close to nature: Mountains, beautiful lakes, numerous hiking and
cycling trails, ski and toboggan runs, cross-country ski trails and a
special highlight for families - the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure
mountain. With a good infrastructure and a wide range of recreational,
leisure and cultural activities, the destination also offers numerous
options for organising your holiday.

A deposit is charged at the time of booking. If the
deposit is not received within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, the
booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The
remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!
For
overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the
visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons
with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons
and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional
purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe
disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
For

visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16,
persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying
persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for
