Description

The flat is on the ground floor, in a sunny location, with its own entrance, terrace and garden and is largely barrier-free.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house as well as a charging station/wallbox (for a fee).
In the outside cellar (not barrier-free) there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and space for skis and other equipment as well as another washbasin. The terrace is equipped with an electric awning and radiant heaters (with electricity from our own PV system - seasonally limited!).

Environment description

In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains, lies the idyllic holiday destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and Chiemgau, close to the Bavarian capital of Munich, guests will find pure rest and relaxation. Here you will find everything you need for a holiday close to nature: Mountains, beautiful lakes, numerous hiking and cycling trails, ski and toboggan runs, cross-country ski trails and a special highlight for families - the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain. With a good infrastructure and a wide range of recreational, leisure and cultural activities, the destination also offers numerous options for organising your holiday.

• Wir sind ein kleines privates Familien-Unternehmen, das es sich ans Herz gelegt hat Menschen eine heimelige Unterkunft zu gestalten, in der es an nichts wesentlichem fehlt. "Unser" Schmuckstück ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und wir freuen uns über jeden Gast und jede Familie, die Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem nicht sehr großen, aber sehr feinen und besonders gemütlichen Appartement genießt und schätzt.

Familie Maier, mit ihren eigenen Hühnern und ihrem Berner Sennen Hund "Bernie" freut sich auf Ihren Besuch!

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.

Arrival Description

You can reach us by train or via the Oberaudorf motorway exit.
From the centre of Oberaudorf, please follow the signs to the railway station. Pass the railway station and follow the road northwards, parallel to the railway line. After approx. 600m, turn into the destination road and you will reach us after another 100m on the right-hand side, at our address:
