From December 15, 2025, an additional room with a single bed will be available for a third person.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house, as well as an e-charging station/wall box (available during the winter months for a fee – on request).
The outdoor basement (not barrier-free), measuring a good 20 square meters, has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board (for a fee – on request) as well as space for other activities and games, including yoga mats and an additional sink. The terrace is equipped with seating/dining area, an electric awning, and 3 radiant heaters (powered by the building's own PV system). An outdoor shower is also available for cooling off in summer. An additional lockable, bright room measuring a good 11 square meters can be flexibly booked with a bed on request. This means that a total of over 60 square meters of indoor space and a good 30 square meters of outdoor space are available for your exclusive use!
