Our Hochland holiday flat is 50 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor in the main house. The flat is furnished with lots of wood in a cosy country house style. It is a self-contained flat with a bedroom (1 double bed), kitchen, living room, bathroom (walk-in shower & washbasin) and separate WC with washbasin.
The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels.
The kitchenette is fully furnished (crockery, glasses, cutlery,...) and equipped with the following electrical appliances. => Refrigerator, freezer, two hotplates, coffee filter machine, toaster, kettle and egg boiler.
The living and dining area are furnished with a corner bench, table and chairs, coutch and a TV.
Next to the flat is the common room with balcony and seating.
You are welcome to use the terrace in front of the main house. Equipped with wooden seating.
Large sunbathing lawn with seating and deckchairs for all house guests.
Free WLAN access throughout the house and on the terrace.
In the bathroom you will find towels, bath mats, hairdryer, liquid soap, toilet paper and cosmetic tissues.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Hirschgwai ist 50 qm groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock im Haupthaus. Die Wohnung ist im gemütlichen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Es ist eine abgeschlossene Wohnung mit einem Schlafraum (1Doppelbett), Wohn-Essbereich, Bad (Dusche, WC & Waschbecken).
Die Wohnung ist mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgestattet.
Die Küchenzeile ist voll eingerichtet (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck,...)und mit folgenden Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. => Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, zwei Herdplatten, Kaffeefiltermaschine, Toaster, Wasser-und Eierkocher.
Der Wohn-und Essbereich ist mit einem Tisch, zwei Stühle, Coutch und einem TV ausgestattet.
Der südseitige sonnige Balkon ist sowohl über den Wonh-Essbereich als auch über das Schlafzimmer beghebar und mit einer kleinen Sitzgarnitur ausgestattet.
Die Terrasse vor dem Haupthaus darf gerne mitgenutzt werden. Ausgestattet mit Holzsitzgarnituren.
Große Liegewiese mit Sitzgarnitur und Liegestühle für alle Hausgäste.

Description

Our farmhouse is located in the middle of a marvellous mountain landscape. Embedded in lush green meadows, we offer relaxation with lots of nature.
We are situated on the western outskirts of Oberaudorf in a very quiet location.
Many hiking tours start directly at the house.
Wonderful cycle paths are available, whether to the nearby town of Kufstein along the Inn dam or beautiful mountain bike tours.
The surrounding lakes make for a pleasant day of swimming.
There is plenty on offer for younger guests at Hocheck (summer toboggan run, FlyingFox, ....).
Various animals (horses, sheep, goats and cats) live on our farm.
The sunny holiday flats with balcony and magnificent views of the Kaiser Mountains ensure a pleasant stay.
Walks along the beautiful Auerbach stream followed by a tour of the new Kneipp facility by the stream ensure relaxation and well-being.
On our sunbathing lawn you can end the day with a cool beer or simply soak up the sun.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads right past the house. The Hocheck ski area in Oberaudorf is ideal for children and adults to experience a pleasant, not too demanding day of skiing or to whizz down the toboggan run. Also possible in the evening (floodlit).
A larger ski area is 20 minutes away at Sudelfeld or in Austria.
