We warmly welcome you to our holiday flat. Hiking, cycling, skiing, tobogganing, swimming fun and family holidays - it is worth coming to the climatic health resort Oberaudorf at any time of the year. Our cosy 2-room holiday flat "Bergblick" with 47m² in Oberaudorf is located on the first floor of the holiday complex "Haus Brünnstein" and has a large east-facing balcony to relax on. It consists of a cosy living room with sofa bed, a separate bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom. The flat is ideal for 2 adults or a family with up to two children. Living room: dining table with chairs, sofa bed and armchair, coffee table, SAT/cable TV, cupboards. Bedroom: double bed and large wardrobe. Bathroom: bathtub and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. For our very "little guests" we offer a travel cot, high chair and children's tableware free of charge. Free Wi-Fi, a parking space in the underground garage and free use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna in the house are included. In addition, there is a lounge (with TV and library), a children's playroom, a small fitness room, a table tennis room, a lockable ski/bike storage room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The complex also has a sunbathing lawn and a playground. The use of a bread roll service is possible on site. The final cleaning as well as towels and bed linen for 2 persons are included in the price. Nearby attractions: Hiking trails, lakes, Flyingfox, summer toboggan run, swimming pool, bike trails, mountain bike trails, canyoing and rafting, very good, cosy cafes and restaurants as well as beer gardens and guided hikes.
Please note that we do not rent our holiday flat to craftsmen, construction workers and fitters.

In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains, lies the idyllic holiday destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and the Chiemgau region, close to the Bavarian capital Munich, guests will find pure relaxation and recreation. Here you will find everything you need for nature-based relaxation: Mountains, fantastic lakes, numerous hiking and cycling trails, ski and toboggan runs as well as cross-country skiing trails and a special highlight for families - the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain. With a good infrastructure and a wide range of recreational, leisure and cultural activities, the destination also offers numerous opportunities for holiday planning. The apartment "Bergblick" in the quietly situated holiday complex Brünnstein is located very close to the river Auerbach. It is only a few minutes' walk to the centre and railway station of Oberaudorf and to the nearest shopping facilities. The Hocheck ski and leisure area is approx. 1.5 km away.

Oberaudorf is located in one of the most attractive mountain regions of Upper Bavaria.
By car:
From Munich, take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg. At the Inntaldreieck junction, take the A93 motorway towards Kufstein, Innsbruck and Brenner. After driving 25 km in a southerly direction - is the Oberaudorf exit. After the motorway exit, head towards the centre of the village > Niederaudorf > turn left into Sudelfeldstr. > 100 m on the right.
By train:From Munich with regional trains via Rosenheim every hour to Oberaudorf (to the flat approx. 500 m).
