Cosy flat in a quiet and sunny location on the edge of the village with a fantastic panoramic mountain view. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, 2-plate cooker. Perfect starting point for many hiking and cycling tours. Approx. 12 minutes walk to the centre of the village with shopping facilities for daily needs.  Only a few minutes' walk to the idyllically situated Auerbach with its extensive hiking trails along the shore. Of course, we offer you WLAN free of charge.

Environment description

In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains, lies the idyllic holiday destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and the Chiemgau region, close to the Bavarian capital Munich, guests will find pure relaxation and recreation. Here you will find everything you need for nature-based relaxation: Mountains, fantastic lakes, numerous hiking and cycling trails, ski and toboggan runs as well as cross-country skiing trails and a special highlight for families - the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain. With good infrastructure and a wide range of recreational, leisure and cultural activities, the destination also offers numerous opportunities for holiday planning.

A deposit will be charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!

For overnight stays until 01.01.2025: The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €1.50/night. Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.

Arrival Description

Motorway exit Oberaudorf turn left towards Oberaudorf. After approx. 300 m turn right towards Brannenburg. At the crossroads (main road) turn right again towards Brannenburg. Exit Oberaudorf, take the next road (Sudelfeldstraße) on the left.
