The modern, newly renovated holiday flat "Zahmer Kaiser" is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village on the 1st floor.  You have a fantastic view of the Kaisergebirge and the surrounding mountains. On the covered east-facing balcony there is enough space for a cosy breakfast in front of a great view.

Environment description

In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains, lies the idyllic vacation destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and the Chiemgau region, close to the Bavarian capital Munich, guests will find pure relaxation and recreation. Here you will find everything you need for recreation close to nature: Mountains, fantastic lakes, numerous hiking and biking trails, ski and toboggan slopes as well as cross-country skiing trails and a special highlight for families - the Oberaudorf-Hocheck adventure mountain. With a good infrastructure and a wide range of recreational, leisure and cultural activities, the destination also offers numerous opportunities to organize your vacation.

A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
