Description

Very quiet, sunny location on the outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of the Auerbach. Approx. 3,000 sqm garden, wonderful view of the Kaisergebirge and the surrounding mountains, fantastic view of the Brünnstein from the holiday home, parking spaces directly at the house, no pets. To the centre of the village and to the leisure area Hocheck approx. 20

minutes walk. The Sudelfeld ski area is approx. 15 km away.  Ideal starting point for many cycling, hiking and mountain tours. WLAN is of course available free of charge.

Environment description

In the middle of the Bavarian Inn Valley, nestled between the Wendelstein Mountains, the Inn River and the famous Kaiser Mountains, lies the idyllic vacation destination of Oberaudorf. Here in the foothills of the Alps, just a stone's throw away from Tyrol and the Chiemgau region, close to the Bavarian capital Munich, guests will find pure relaxation and recreation. Arrival Description

From the motorway exit Oberaudorf turn left in the direction of Oberaudorf.In front of the Sporthotel Wilder Kaiser turn right, pass the grocery store, then take the main road to the left, up the small mountain and under the railway.  At the crossroads turn right and drive straight on until Sudelfeldstr. branches off to the left. Drive along this street until you reach house no. 37a. Directly in front of it our private road will bring you to our house.
