Modern and inviting holiday flat in a quiet location with mountain view. Our apartment has its own entrance on the 1st floor and was completed in 2020. Bathroom with WC, rain shower and hairdryer, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 living/bedroom with wood stove, TV and sofa bed. Free WLAN, parking space, baby cot. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Children and pets welcome. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included in the price. Max. 4 persons (3 adults).Minimum stay 2 nights.

Whether our Bavarian sea - the Chiemsee or the Waginger See, Eibsee, Simsee or Königsee, our region offers numerous lakes for swimming, stand-up paddling and boating. Fancy shopping or art and culture? Cities like Munich, Salzburg or Rosenheim can be reached in no time by car or train. Our many local restaurants are also worth a visit and offer something for every taste!

The road here was not always easy for us. But we wouldn't change it for the world. We love our home and would like to share it with you!At the beginning of 2021, as part of the modernisation and renovation of the house, we came up with the idea of a holiday flat.
