Our newly built holiday apartment (50 m2) in a former farmhouse is located near Neubeuern in the quiet district of Holzham - in the Inn Valley between the Wendelstein mountain and Lake Chiemsee, at the foot of the Dandlberg mountain, with views across meadows and fields. Here, you'll find a relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle: ideal if you want to unwind. It's quiet at night. At the same time, you're not "cut off" from everything - a bakery with a café, restaurants, and a supermarket are just a few minutes away. You'll be staying on the first floor and have a large terrace with a parasol, sun loungers, and a barbecue - perfect for breakfast outdoors or a quiet evening. Free parking directly at the house is included. The historic town center with Neubeuern Castle, the market square, and beer gardens is about a 10-minute walk away. And if you're looking for a change of scenery: Rosenheim is easily accessible, and Munich, Salzburg, and Innsbruck are all great options for day trips. Even without a car, you'll be fine: The nearest train station is only about 5.5 km away.
