This new holiday flat is located on the first floor. It is 75 sqm in size and equipped with high-quality laminate flooring. A bright, friendly entrance area with wardrobe welcomes the guests. The first of the two bedrooms faces east and has a nice double bed and a large wardrobe. The next room is another bedroom, with two single beds and a slightly smaller wardrobe. The window also faces east, so you can wake up to the morning sun. Of course, we have also fitted blackout blinds so that you can also sleep in. Continue into the next room - the kitchen. This has access to the south-facing balcony and is very large, so that a beautiful dining table with corner bench has also found its place here, where it is wonderful to chat, play or of course "Brotzeit'ln". The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and sink, as well as other crockery and utensils for cooking. Continue into the next large room - the living room. Everyone can find a place to watch TV on the comfortable, large sofa. You can also access the sunny balcony from the living room. Now we come to the bathroom. This is very bright and friendly and has a bathtub in addition to the toilet and washstand. There is also storage space and storage options. The shower is located separately in another room and has a lot of space and a low entrance. Bed linen and towels are provided by us.

Our beautiful new ground floor flat will inspire you! You enter the flat and are greeted by a friendly, modern hallway with wardrobe. The first room is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and a charming, maritime touch. The next room is the well-equipped kitchen with all the comforts needed for cooking. The fridge has a freezer compartment, the cooker has a ceramic hob and an oven. There is also a dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and other cooking utensils. A pretty dining area completes the kitchen, whose window faces east, letting in the morning sun. From the kitchen, you enter the living room with a new corner sofa and sideboard with TV. A window lets in a lot of light and further doors lead to the sunny terrace. The second, very large bedroom leads off the hallway again and is, similar to the first, furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The room is so large that you could also put an extra bed or a cot here. We have also installed a modern and bright bathroom with a bathtub in our ground floor flat. The shower is in a separate room. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

You would like to spend your holiday in beautiful Eggstätt? You have a family and need peace, space and comfort? Then you've come to the right place with us, the Kirmaier family. We have three great holiday flats where you will certainly feel at home. They were completed in 2012/2013 and are spacious, bright and modernly furnished. The house with the holiday flats is located in a very quiet street, not far from the Hofsee and yet very central in the village of Eggstätt. The centre of the village, the bakery, the bank or the tourist information are only a few metres away on foot. The Eggstätt lake district is also only a "stone's throw" away. The nearest playground is just around the corner, on our parents' farm, where your children are sure to find someone to romp around with in the summer. Due to the central location, you can practically do most things on foot, the next beer garden is also just around the corner. Eggstätt is located in the middle of the lake district and offers a lot of nature and a beautiful recreational area. Lake Chiemsee is also not far away and there are numerous excursion destinations in the Chiemgau. Here you will find holidays for the whole family, for resting, for "sporting" or culturally there is a lot on offer. Experience Bavarian hospitality!
