Our new holiday flat in the small Zuhaus with approx. 55m2 is located on the first floor. The large south-facing balcony with a direct view of the Alps is at your sole disposal. The holiday flat has a living room, bedroom with double bed and an extra bed, a complete bathroom with shower bath, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, separate entrance, and a parking space belonging to the holiday flat.

Description
Welcome to Bandlerhof! On our beautiful Chiemgau farm, which is still in operation, you will soon feel at home. We offer three comfortable holiday apartments. Our farm is idyllically and quietly located in the hamlet of Aufham, not far from Lake Hartsee and Lake Pelham. It only takes five minutes by car to reach the swimming area. Surrounding the house are meadows and forests, providing your children plenty of space to play and frolic, as well as ample room to relax. The playground is a true paradise for children, equipped with a slide, seesaw, swing, and sandbox, as well as a fantastic playtower. The children will also be particularly excited about the numerous animals that call our farm home. Chickens, goats, and sheep (which we breed), ducks, and our cats are always a hit with the guest children. A nice barbecue area and the large sunbathing meadow are available for our guests to use. From 01.01.2020, the municipal spa tax is no longer included in the final price and will be added to the invoice amount by the hosts.
