The lovingly restored Möderlhof is in a very quiet location near the Langbürgner See lake in the Eggstätter-Hemhofer-Seenplatte nature reserve. It is only 3 km to Lake Chiemsee. The hamlet of Oberndorf belongs to the municipal area of Eggstätt and rises on a beautiful gentle hill with panoramic views and a view of the nearby Chiemgau Alps. An ideal starting point for leisure and recreation. The holiday flats are comfortably furnished and have 2 bedrooms, some have balconies and satellite TV. Some of the flats have unusual layouts, which are due to the old building fabric and have deliberately not been "decayed". In our genuine, Chiemgauer-Gäste-Stub'n you are welcome to stay, talk to the other guests and inform yourself. We have books, maps and information material ready for you. Or you can enjoy the large garden and the beautiful landscape in our charming hamlet.

Our farm has been awarded the DLG quality mark. We also offer special conditions in the early and late season. Ask for them and request our house brochure. If you want to bring your dog, please let us know in advance, because we want to avoid having too many dogs on the farm at the same time. Dogs are allowed in the apartment König Ludwig (ground floor). For your dog we charge 10,00 EUR per night (without food).

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich direction Salzburg, exit Bernau, drive to Prien from there to Rimsting. In Rimsting, turn right at the roundabout towards Seebruck and follow the signs to Eggstätt. At the roundabout before Eggstätt, turn right towards Seebruck and after 100 m turn right towards Oberndorf.
