Das Sandlehen bietet alleine im Haupthaus 220 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, darunter 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (2x Kingsize, 1 mal Übergröße 200x220 cm; sowie in je einem Schlafzimmer eine Ausziehcouch und ein Stockbett), 2 Badezimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer (eines davon mit Ausziehcouch), 1 Relaxraum sowie eine Küche mit großem Esstisch. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Keller eine Garage, die auch als Fahhradabstellraum genutzt werden kann. Die große Gartenanlage überzeugt mit ihrer Terrasse samt Outdoorsauna, einem Pool samt Außendusche und Poolgebäude, viel Platz zum Liegen und Verweilen sowie eine große Spielwiese für Kinder und Erwachsene.

Die Anreise ist ab 16:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist bis 10:00 Uhr möglich.
Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt mittels PIN-Zugang.
Haustiere sind nach vorheriger Ankündigung (und gegen 10€ pro Tier und Nacht) erlaubt.
Ein Babybett/Zustellbett kann auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Die Ortstaxe iHv 2,60 € pro Person ab 12 Jahren ist im Gesamtpreis enthalten.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Parkplatz, WLAN-Nutzung sind im Preis ebenfalls enthalten.

Description

Directly below the gentle summit of the Sonntagberg, surrounded by its own meadows and forests, lies the former Sandlehen forester's lodge on an impressive site.
Picturesque views open up wherever you look - from south-west to south-east the long snow-covered peaks of the Alps, on the opposite side the Alpine foothills and the Danube valley.
The outdoor area of the Sandlehen also leaves an impression with its large, flat garden, including a swimming pool, terrace with outdoor sauna, many relaxation and rest areas as well as a large play area for children and adults.
There is also plenty of room and space inside the house - and above all: attention to detail in form and function, with consideration for the tradition and history of the house!

The Sandlehen can be rented purely as a vacation home or for celebrations & weddings, seminars and retreats.

Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 30-14 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 14 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
