In der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung ist Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Sie verfügt über ein komfortables Vorzimmer, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Wohnzimmernische. Diese ist ausgestattet mit einer gemütlichen Couch und einem TV. Die urige Wohnküche mit Essecke lädt zum Kochen und Verweilen ein. Das neu renovierte Badezimmer verfügt über ein WC, eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Weiters darf der Heizraum als Skikeller mitgenutzt werden. Das Haus Lüftleck befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kirche, der Bushaltestelle, dem Haus der Wildnis, dem Dorfplatz sowie mehrerer Lebensmittelgeschäfte.
Die Anreise ist von 14:00 Uhr bis 19:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist bis 11:00 Uhr möglich.
Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich.
Haustiere sind auf Anfrage, gegen eine Gebühr von 10 € pro Tag/Tier.
Die Nächtigungstaxe in Höhe von 2,60€ pro Person (ab 15 Jahre)/Nacht wird zzgl. vor Ort berechnet.

Description
Haus Lüftleck is located just above the town center of Lunz am See. It has stood there on the old Eisenstraße in a quiet setting since 1850.
The vacation rental can accommodate up to four people. The large bedroom features a new double bed that can be separated if needed, along with a comfortable sleeper sofa. The heart of the apartment is the kitchen-living room, complete with a dining table and a wood-burning stove. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
The village square, the church, the bus stop, and the Haus der Wildnis are just a few steps away. Grocery stores are also nearby. Breakfast can be pre-ordered at the Refugium, the Treffpunkt Wildnis, Y9, or the Genussplatz'l.
Lake Lunz is about a 20-minute walk away—just far enough for a short stroll before taking your first dip in the water. By car, it takes only a few minutes to get there.

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
