Es stehen eine Küche mit Holzherd, Elektroherd und Elektro-Minibackofen, eine Stube mit Kachelofen, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne im Untergeschoß, 1 WC im Untergeschoß, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad inkl. Dusche und WC sowie ein 5-7-Bett-Zimmer im Obergeschoß zur Verfügung, ebenso ein Spiel- bzw. Leseraum im Obergeschoß (Durchgangszimmer).
Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und Einrichtungsgegenstände (naturbehandelte Möbel, Naturmatratzen ...) großen Wert gelegt.
Rund ums Haus gibt es vielfältigste Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sowie eine Hängematte zum Entspannen.

Die Anreise ist von 15 Uhr bis 19 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist bis 11 Uhr möglich.
Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich.
Grundmietpreis für eine Standardbelegung von 2 Personen und einer Mindestaufenthaltsdauer ab 1 Nacht.
Kaution in Höhe von 250 € bei Anreise in bar.
Die Nächtigungstaxe in Höhe von 2,60 € pro Person (ab 16 Jahre/Nacht) wird zzgl. berechnet.
Rauchfreier Gastgeber.
Haustiere sind erlaubt (Hund 15,-/Nacht, Katze 10,-/Nacht).
Falls kurzfristig weitere Personen übernächtigen bzw. weitere Betten benutzt wurden, wird der Preis von 50,- Euro pro weiterer Person bzw. benutztem Bett vor Ort verrechnet.

Vacation home Naturparadies am Sonntagberg
In the beautiful Mostviertel you will find a centuries-old farmhouse in a secluded, idyllic location in the countryside with approx. 3000 m² of natural garden, where you can forget the time and invite you to elementary activities or relaxation.

In the garden you will find many places to sit and lie at the power place as well as fruits and herbs invite you to snack. A forged barbecue, fire basket or cauldron are at hand, as well as a fire pit and plenty of play opportunities for children, as well as a table tennis table.
The recreation area is also pet-friendly.

In the surrounding area you will find many excursion possibilities in the areas of swimming, cycling, hiking, walking, horse riding, relaxation, wellness, culture, animal and leisure parks and much more.

Keeping and breeding of old livestock breeds as well as old crafts and buildings on our farm 10 minutes away with wood-fired bread baking, hard cheese production, natural garden care are available on request. You can also get to know the various herbs around the house directly at the nature paradise on the Sonntagberg. The schnapps distillery, fruit juice/cider and vinegar production, natural processing of food from the garden can also be explored. Individual offers from the midwifery, kinesiology and craniosacral practices are also available on site to restore physical and mental harmony, e.g. through craniosacral balance, singing bowl massage and much more.

Conditions/extras

Eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 50% des Gesamtpreises ist nach der Buchungsbestätigung per Überweisung zu zahlen.
Die Restzahlung erfolgt bis spätestens 1 Woche vor Anreise per Überweisung. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen Zahlung des Gesamtbetrages sofort per Überweisung.

Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 30-14 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 14 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
