Our domicile is the ideal starting point for a variety of activities at any time of year for young and old, families with children or guests with dogs.

Our Ybbsperle vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor with a view of the Buchenberg. The town center with numerous shopping facilities, cozy pastry shops and restaurants can be reached in 6 - 8 minutes on foot. The local train station (hourly connection to Vienna) and a bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away, as are a delicatessen, a Billa supermarket and the "Puntiwirt".

The 80 m² apartment consists of a central entrance hall with checkroom, a living/dining room with adjoining kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate WC.

The comfortably furnished living room has a spacious dining area for up to 6 people. A high chair and a trip-trap are available for younger guests.
An armchair with footrest and a sofa bed invite you to relax. If you want to read, you can browse through the bookshelf. There is a CD/DVD player for listening to music or watching videos, which can also play MP3s. A flat screen with satellite TV and WLAN are available free of charge. If you bring a laptop, it can be safely stored on a small desk. Additional bedding can be found in an old farmhouse chest.

The large U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, grill, coffee machine, kettle, blender and everything else you need for cooking. You can store your belongings in a chest of drawers and a farmer's box.

The bedroom has two single beds with bedside cabinets, various reading lamps and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The beds can be pushed together or apart as required and have mattresses of varying hardness. Behind a curtain there is a "utility corner" with a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and clothes horse.

The bright bathroom with two windows has a bath and shower, a washing machine with dryer and a laundry rack. Hand and bath towels as well as a hair dryer are available in a hanging cupboard.

-Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
