The modern holiday apartment for up to four adults and two children is equipped with every imaginable comfort. Fiber optic WiFi, 55' flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, modern interior, etc. leave almost nothing to be desired.
The house is only about a 5-minute walk from the center of Hollenstein and offers a quiet location with a view of the Hollenstein mountains.

Conditions/extras

The apartment can be taken over on the day of arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Nespresso coffee and tea for free use during your stay.
We have already chilled variouse Austrian quality wines for you and can be purchased at "Ex Farm" prices.
The tourist tax of €2.50 per person (from 15 years)/night will be charged on site.
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply in the currently valid version.
Payment is made in cash, with a debit or credit card on site upon arrival.
A prepayment of 50% may be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price. In case of no-show, 100% will be charged.
