Cancellation policy Apartmenthaus Forst Kienberg

- One week prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 90% of the total booking fee.
- One month to one week prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the total booking fee.
- Between 3 months and one month prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of total booking fee.
- There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 3 months prior to arrival.

Booking guarantee:

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for your booking. A booking is fixed when the deposit is received on our account. Before departure, the rest of the total amount is due. The payment is made via link by push payment.
