Our holiday apartment is renewed in 2021. It is located in building next to the Meierhof Hohenlehen directly by the Ybbstalradweg. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette with dishes for 4 people. A coffee machine is available. The living room features a dining table and a couch with sleeping function for two persons. A staircase leads to the bedroom in the attic. The bathroom is equipped with a ground-level shower, a sink and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Wi-Fi, satellite TV and parking is free of charge.
Check in between 3 pm to 5 pm. Check out until 10 am. The keys will be handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed. Baby crib: not available. Extra bed: not available Meals provided: no meals A City tax of EUR 1.60/ person/ night and is charged on site.

Description
We are an agricultural and forestry business with historical roots. Since the year 2021 we have a beautiful, quiet vacation apartment for up to 4 people located on the Ybbstal Bike Trail. A bathing possibility at the Ybbs is attainable in 300 meters. The skiing area Königsberg is reachable in 10 minutes by car.
Conditions/extras
An advance payment of 50% can be requested after booking. The rest of the payment will be made in cash on the site. Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price.
