Details
The bright and spacious double room on the top floor with 21sqm has a double bed and a seat. A small wardrobe and a closet with enough storage space and a small table are available. The room also offers other amenities such as a flat screen TV, WiFi and in summer a fan for you. The bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and a shower gel dispenser completes the whole thing. For our little guests we have a children's playroom and we provide a cot and high chair free of charge.
In addition, there is an overnight tax: € 2,50 per person per night (from 15 years)
Pets are allowed – fee: € 7.00 per pet per night (without food)

Our newly renovated holiday apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate 2-7 people. The cozy living area with flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge including freezer compartment, stove, oven, kettle, blender and coffee filter machine leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with a pull out sofa. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed which can also be used as two separate single beds. The bathroom with a walk-in shower, large mirror and hair dryer completes the whole thing. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a children's playroom for our younger guests and we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge. Please note that pets are only allowed on request.

Description

Surrounded by meadow orchards, our country farm is a typical Vieranthof in the Mostviertel on the edge of the Wachau. Cycling and hiking trails go right past the courtyard gate. Our hiking trails lead to great vantage points. Hike along palaces, castles and ruins. Hiking maps are available with us.

Culture lovers will get their money's worth in the Schallaburg Castle, Melk Abbey, Wall carved altar,...
Our guest area has its own entrance, two spacious holiday apartments and a double room and children's playroom. For the children we have set up a special kingdom with an Indian tent with games and reading fun.

You can take care of yourself completely independently in the holiday apartments.
Our "Speiskastl" in the lobby is seasonally filled with homemade snacks. Discover the sweet and savory delights of the house. Either enjoy it right away or take it with you.

Payment can be made in cash or in advance by bank transfer. Guests will receive our bank details by email if they wish to pay by bank transfer.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
