In order to be enchanted by the special charm and originality of our castle, we have deliberately decided to do without television sets in the rooms. It is the feeling of being in a private country estate and not in an anonymous hotel that makes up the dreamlike atmosphere of the castle. However, our free WLAN is available to you without restriction.
ARRIVAL
Your room will be available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Our reception is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can also reach us outside these hours at +43 7488 71214.
If you would prefer a self-check-in, please inform us at least one day prior to arrival. We will place your key in the key safe and send you the code 24 hours before your arrival.
DEPARTURE
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please be sure to inform the reception in advance.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €21.00 per night.
A baby cot can be provided upon request for €21.00 per night.
The local tourism tax is €2.50 per person per night.

Description
Schloss Ernegg can sleep 50 people with an extra 35 beds for larger parties. There is also additional accommodation in the Meierhof, Gartnerhaus and Laffelberghaus all located a few minutes walk from the Castle.
The rooms in the castle are divided into double and single rooms, as well as larger suites. Each room is beautifully furnished with antiques, family memorabilia, original paintings and armour from bygone centuries.
The elegant public rooms, the large salon and the red salon are much as they were when this was a private house; large and luxuriously comfortable. There is also a bar, dining room, garden terraces and cellars around the courtyard.
Conditions/extras
Local tax:The local tax of €2.50 will be charged per person and per night, from the age of 15.
Cancellation policies of the houses
40% of the arrangement price up to 1 week before the day of arrival.
70% of the arrangement price up to 3 weeks before the day of arrival.
90% of the arrangement price in the last week before the arrival day.
