Das Ferienhaus hat eine Wohnfläche von 150m² und kann mit 2 bis 8 Personen belegt werden. Im Erdgeschoß befinden sich zwei Doppelzimmer, eine Wohnküche, ein Duschbad mit Bidet und ein WC (getrennt). Im Obergeschoß befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer (Queen Size) mit Wohnbereich und ein Doppelzimmer sowie ein Duschbad mit Bidet und WC. Das Obergeschoß kann ab der 5. Person gebucht werden.

Die Nächtigungstaxe ist im Preis nicht inkludiert und vor Ort zu begleichen. Ab Jänner 2026 beträgt die Taxe € 2,60.- pro Person (ab 15 Jahren) und Nacht.
