Die große, gemütliche Ferienwohnung Sternengucker mit 110 m² hat zwei Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer, in dem sich auch noch ein Schlafsofa befindet. Die Wohnküche ist vollausgestattet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Beisammensein ein. Im geräumigen Badezimmer befinden sich eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Das WC ist separat. Ein Flachbild-TV, Radio und gratis Wlan können hier ebenfalls genutzt werden. In der Wohnung steht Ihnen ein eigener Raum mit Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

Babybett und Hochstuhl werden gerne auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt.
Anreise: von 15:00 - 19:00 Uhr
Abreise: bis 10 Uhr
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Im Wohnbereich haben Sie über das große Panoramafenster den „Weitblick“ auf die umliegenden Felder und die nächste Ortschaft. Auch Flachbild-TV, Radio und gratis WLan können Sie nutzen.

Description

Welcome to Landhaus Schaidreith with the Handl-Gruber family

Our country house is situated on the outskirts of the market town of Steinakirchen am Forst in an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by fields, meadows and forest - although it is only a five-minute drive to the Amstetten/Ost highway exit.

The two newly built apartments are located on the upper floor of our house. They are equipped with a kitchen and cozy living area, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. You can use a washing machine, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi in each apartment. You also have a wonderful view of the hilly landscape of the Mostviertel with its characteristic fruit trees. In front of the house there is a terrace with comfortable seating, sun loungers in the orchard and a children's playground with trampoline, sandpit and play tower. For bookworms, there is a small library in the lounge. And to prevent boredom on rainy days, you will also find board games and toys for the little ones. If you are planning excursions or looking for sports and leisure activities in the area, we will be happy to advise you.

Our farm is a part-time arable farm. Benny the cat and Kitty the cat provide some animal entertainment. In the morning you may be woken up by our rooster, the only one among five hens. And if you're lucky, you can watch deer, hares, partridges and pheasants from your window or garden.

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.

Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort in bar.

Die Nächtigungsabgabe von 2,50 EUR/Person/Nacht (ab 15 Jahre) ist nicht inkludiert und wird separat vor Ort berechnet.
