Welcome to the vacation home "Soghäusl"!
The Soghäusl vacation home is a very beautifully and quietly situated vacation home away from the road at the foot of the Hochkar. It is a self-catering house on 2 floors.
The house is next to our fish farm. We breed and sell trout and char products.
An idyllic stream flows next to the cottage. In front of it is a large meadow, which offers enough space for various leisure activities and games.
Many excursion possibilities in the near and far surroundings let you get to know the country and people in the Mostviertel.
A popular destination for skiing and hiking fans is the Hochkar, cross-country skiers have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful view on the trails on the Hochreit. For swimming and sauna enthusiasts, the Göstling saltwater pool and Lake Lunz are not far away.
The house is fully equipped for a family or group of up to 8 people:
- It has 4 bedrooms (2x double-bed, 1x 3-bed, 1x 1-bed room).
- It offers 1 kitchen (with fridge, freezer, oven, electric stove, coffee machine, tea maker, dishwasher, sink), a dining table and fireplace.
In the same room there is also a separate living room corner with couch and satellite TV.
- It has 1 bathroom with double washbasin, shower and bathtub.
- There are also 2 toilets, an anteroom and 2 storage rooms.
An advance payment of 30% is required after booking by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid on site in cash.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancelations will be charged with the retention of the 30% deposit.
Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 22:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00 am.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys will be handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
The overnight stay tax of € 2.50 per adult/night will be charged on site.
Pastry service on request, will be charged on departure.
Conditions/extras
A prepayment of 30% is required after booking with bank transfer.The remaining payment is made on site in cash.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with the deduction of the 30% deposit.
