Die Ferienwohnung ist ebenerdig und für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet. Eine eigene Terrasse, freie Parkplätze und freies WLAN, sowie ein Aufenthaltsraum stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet mit Küchenblock, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, E-Herd mit Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, Abwasch, Teekocher, Sitzecke, sowie mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa (135cm breit) mit TV. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett(180x200cm). Das Badezimmer mit Dusche rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Das WC ist separat, groß und für Rollstuhfahrer geeignet.
Anreise von 14 bis 19 Uhr.
Abreise bis 11 Uhr.
Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt direkt im Haus.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Nächtigungstaxe in Höhe von 2,50€ pro Person/pro Tag ab dem vollendetem 12. Lebensjahr wird separat vor Ort berechnet.
Beistellbett und Kinderbett auf Anfrage möglich.

Description

The small but lovely organic farm of the Winter family not only offers its guests the best conditions for a relaxing stay but also a beautiful panoramic view ranging from Mt. Ötscher to Mt. Dürrenstein up to the Gesäuse National Park.

The farm of the Wilde Wunder Card host is located in Frankenfels in the heart of the so-called “Dirndltal”, the Valley of the Cornelian Cherry, at 883 m above sea level and nestled in the beautiful green of nature. Here, you can leave everyday life behind, use the "FREE SPACES" of the idyllic nature to clear your mind – find yourself again, feel yourself again – hear the inner call and draw new strength. Hiking and mountain bike trails lead directly past the farm.

Conditions/extras

Eine Anzahlung von 40% des Gesamtpreises wird nach Buchung berechnet. Den Restbetrag begleichen Sie ebenfalls per Überweisung bis zum Abreisetag.



Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
