The cozy about 40 m2 non-smoking apartment is available for up to 2 people and is equipped with all amenities. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (traditionally made wooden bed - lenght 190 cm), living/dining room, bathroom with shower and toilette, kitchen with breakfast corner, ceramic stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Wi-Fi, SAT-TV and a door interphone with electronic door are provided. You can enjoy a break in the new, in-house wellness area, which you can book individually. A pine sauna, a hot tub and an ergometer are available for your well-being (bathrobe, towels and soft drinks included).
Check In from 16.00 to 18.00. The key will be handed out at the Village Reception in Lederergasse 9, 3224 Mitterbach am Erlaufsee (Dorfplatz/Alte Gerberei) until 18:00. Check Out until 10:30. Pets are not allowed.

The cosy non-smoking holiday flat of around 70 m2 booked by up to 4 people (max. 2 adults and 2 children) and is equipped with all amenities. It consists of a bedroom with double bed (with footboard) and a bunk bed, a spacious living room with couch and tiled stove, bathroom with shower/bathtub, WC and a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle) with a cosy dining area. Description
House W5 offers two non-smoking holiday flats, equipped with all amenities, that are perfect for your holiday. The house, just a 5-minute walk from the village centre and from Mitterbach train station, offers fantastic views of the village, Mt. Ötscher, Mt. Gemeindealpe and the Zellerhütte hut. You can enjoy a break in the new, in-house wellness area, which you can book individually. A pine sauna, a hot tub and an ergometer are available for your well-being (bathrobe, towels and soft drinks included).
Both flats are on the first floor and share a spacious terrace that can also be reached from the outside via a spiral staircase. A lift (width = 70 cm) provides barrier-free access to the flats. Every unit has its own parking space and a compartment for storing sports equipment or other utensils. A swing for children and a ping-pong table in the garden will entertain your little ones in the summer.
Conditions/extras
If you arrive between the 1st of May and 26th of October, you will also receive the Wilde Wunder Card for free, valid for the duration of your stay.
