Die Großzügige Ferienwohnung für 1-4 Erwachsene zusätzlich für Kinder 1 Bettbank und Matratzenplätze befindet sich im "Kellerstöckl" - Nebengebäude - über dem alten Mostkeller. Urig aus alten, heimischen Materialien (Holz) eingerichtet. 2 Betten ohne Stufen, 2 Betten über Platzspartreppe erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Das Kellerstöckl liegt mitten im Bauerndorf, umgeben von 3 Vierkanthöfen und freiem Blick nach Süden in die Streuobstwiese. 2 Terrassen (südlich und östlich).
Endreinigung € 30,--, Kosten werden nur bei einer überdurchschnittlichen Verschmutzung in Rechnung gestellt. Absprache erfolgt mit dem Vermieter
vor Ort.

Description

The apartment is located in the "Kellerstöckl" - outbuilding - above the old cider cellar. It is a one-room apartment with 2 additional beds and a dormitory in the attic (additional beds and dormitory only accessible via a space-saving staircase). The "Kellerstöckl" is located in the middle of the farming village, surrounded by 3 square farms and an unobstructed view to the south into the orchard meadow. 2 terraces (south and east).

The location is ideal for day trips. Distance to the snow-sure Hochkar approx. 50 min. Also approx. 50 min. to Lackenhof (Ötscher) or to the Jauerling. For a cross-country skiing experience there is Hochreith near Göstling or Bärnkopf in the Waldviertel (each approx. 50 min.)

Nächtigungsabgabe: € 2,60 pro Person pro Nacht (ab 15 Jahre) – nicht im Preis enthalten.

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
