As part of the modernisation, the top floor has been completely refurbished. The resulting holiday flat can accommodate up to four people. The flat has a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen-diner has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen-diner is much appreciated by our guests. It’s a lovely place to sit together, plan your next outings or play board games. The living room, with a sofa bed for two people, two reclining armchairs and a flat-screen TV, offers a separate area for quiet moments. The bathroom and toilet are separate, making it ideal for stays with several people. Both the bathroom and toilet are fitted with fans featuring humidity sensors. A storage room with an ironing board and a fire extinguisher is also available. Electric roller shutters, insect screens and light switches by the bed provide additional comfort. A washing machine is available for a flat-rate fee. Bicycles can be stored securely in the garden shed. Towels and bed linen are included.

The location is particularly convenient for families, as there is a children’s playground directly behind the neighbouring house.
