This non-smoking apartment features 2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bathroom with a shower/bath and toilet, a spacious hallway, and a lovely open-plan veranda with a small garden and views of the countryside.
One bedroom features a 1.55 m double bed, whilst the other is equipped with a pull-out single bed that can be extended to a sleeping area of 1.80 m. A travel cot is available for a child up to the age of 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers guests a modern ambience, complete with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. The living room opens onto a south-facing veranda with garden furniture and a private garden.
A radio, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are also available. No pets. A guest washing machine is available in the house.
A parking space for guests is available in front of the house on the property.

Your private parking space is located right next to the house in the peaceful Kämpchenheide.
Kämpchenheide in Sythen is a peaceful, green oasis. The famous Silbersee II is just a short walk away and is perfect for swimming in summer. Cyclists and walkers appreciate the direct access to the Hohe Mark Nature Park and the historic Sythen Castle, Kettler Hof and Mehrfelder Bruch.
