This bright and beautifully furnished flat offers a successful mix of new and old. Natural building materials such as wood and clay ensure a very pleasant living environment.A separate entrance leads to the 1st floor via the outside staircase. Freckenhorst Abbey Cathedral is close by and Warendorf market square is also within easy reach. It is approx. 3.8 km to the centre of Warendorf with its beautiful old town. There you will find a wide selection of shops and restaurants as well as the famous NRW state stud. Several supermarkets and drugstores are approx. 1.2 km away and offer all the everyday necessities. The express bus to Münster takes a good 30 minutes.
The entrance to the Münsterland cycle path network is approx. 800 metres away. The gentle landscape has hardly any inclines and makes for relaxed cycle tours. Visit the neighbouring towns of Ennigerloh, Everswinkel and especially Telgte with its beautiful old town or cycle along the River Ems.
