Description

Our bright 90m2 non-smoking flat in the Sythen district is located on the 1st floor and has 2 bedrooms with double beds. The two bedrooms and the living room all have access to the large south-facing balcony with seating furniture and awning. The separate kitchen with dining area and two windows facing west and north is fully equipped. The large daylight bathroom has a bathtub and a large shower. A WC is separate in the flat.

Beautiful cycling and hiking paths, lakes and forests around Haltern am See invite you to take relaxing walks, hikes and cycling tours. The flat is located directly on the 100 castles route and near many other cycle paths. The Hohe Mark Nature Park, the Westrup Heath, the Hullern Lakes and the Münsterland with its many (water) castles are wonderful. It is about 1.5 km to the northern shore of the Haltern reservoir. The sailing harbour with its waterfront gastronomy invites you to linger. You can also take a short tour of the reservoir on the new passenger ship "Möwe". The water playground is very popular with children. The town centre of Haltern am See with its beautiful pedestrian zone and the LWL Roman Museum, which is well worth a visit, is about 5km away.

You can leave your bicycles dry and safe in the bicycle garage. 

All shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance in the district.

A parking space is available directly at the house. The Sythen regional train station is 800m from the apartment.
