"Public transfer is not so good. Near the hotel there are no shops or crocery stores. Hotel should at least have an automat to get water or something to drink. Small room. Comfortable bed and good linen. The staff was very helpfull and nice especially in the breakfast . We stayed 3 nights and had no cleaning in any days. No change of towels. No taking trashes away."

"A very pleasant stay in a very cute hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff was very nice, the room very clean and the breakfast buffet excellent. About 1 km away from the metro and a shopping center with tons of restaurants available. Environmentally friendly, which is always a bonus. The bathroom was on the smaller side."

"Very nice place but if something goes wrong after the front desk closes, you are on your own. The neighbouring room made noise from 2-4 am and I could not contact anyone in the hotel to get them to stop. There was intermittent laughing and loud talking. The phone didn't work. I realized that it wasn't even plugged. Once I fixed that, there was no one to help at the front desk. I didn't have a good night at all. There was no way I was going to knock on their door. Who knows what would happen."

"Very good. The only thing was that one of our rooms was entered and cleaned when we had put out the do-not-disturb sign and another room was cleaned only the first day, when it was less useful/needed, rather than the second day, leaving my colleague without essentials like toilet paper. The toilet paper rolls in general should be checked because I also ran out very quickly as the roll was almost finished already the day I arrived. Maybe supply an extra in each room to avoid this problem on a very basic provision."

"Stayed a couple of days for business and I only wanted somewhere quiet to stay and it was just fine. Nice are not far from Munich city centre so i guess the hotel arrangement was fit-for-purpose for me. Not sure if it meets the requirements of other guests though. Good size but nothing to rave about! wasnt able to use the digital channel list (maybe my fault!) so i used my Netflix account to watch my programs. Polite and courteous personnel although the reception desk closed at 21.00. Me and some other travelers arrived a bit later than that and although i managed to use the outside room card dispensers to check in, other fellow travelers struggled a bit. My shower cubicle drainage was blocked in my first attempt to use it. i had to remove the drainage lid and the blocked filter to avoid flooding. I guess not many hotel guests would be willing to do this before having a morning shower?! Saying that the staff came to my room to check the issue and promised to fix it at some point in the future..."

"We really enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. Excellent location, nice neighborhood, quiet, short ride to the centre of Munchen. We got all necessary information from Eva during our check-in about the evening programs in the city. The BMW Welt was a great place with children even until late evening. It was a good option parking in the hotel garage. The room was as expected, with comfi bed, good wifi, coffee in the room. The bathroom was ini-mini, but new, clean with all what needed for a short stay. Hope to return."

"As i already said, people who travel alone as i often do, need a little help to know things, to know the new city...I've had troubles with pubblic trasports, this is not your fault but a little more helpservice in the hotel reception it would be only good for any passengers. The breakfast in my opinion was too humble, too poor. The last but not least i was eager to taste some german dishes and have some beers with the hotel bed around....I could not. Don't worry i had some around Munich. The bed is fantastic... Maybe my standards are too high...I remember better service... Everything ok I find quite right the fact that there is no need to clean the room every day."

"Excellent breakfast, very good, high quality products. Hotel a bit far from the city centre. Premium room: Small room, only one small window, weak air conditioning and no pluses apart from the ancient headboard, the ancient desk and being in the old building; in the photos the premium room appeared more beautiful and large and with many windows. "It was really a quite and nice room and we enjoyed it totally. However there are a few things that makes it even better: There was two mattresses in a double bed which I prefer if it’s a single fitting one. The cleaning service did not change our used cups and glasses with the clean ones and also did not charge the toilet paper while it was about to finish. I needed to go to the reception and asked for the toilet paper. Hope these points would be helpful."

"The Hotel is well kept and close to the train station for a quick ride into Munich. The area is quiet and well kept as well. Unfortunately, we booked through Hotels.com for a Family of 5x and were surprised to find that the room was not ready and very small. Not a big deal, as the staff was pleasant and eager to help, with an additional change of a slightly larger room. Unfortunately, we were also surprised to find an extra charge inserted into the Hotel system for the "extra guest" without any forewarning, despite the clear and precise information provided at the time of booking. Apart from this very unpleasant surprise, the restaurant is nice and serves excellent food, and the paid garage parking is easily accessible and very convenient. No breakfast was offered with the booking. The rating is due to the space available and not the cleanliness, which instead is very good. Unfortunately, we don't know the Hotel, so we trust that if we state a Family of five (4x adults and 1x child age 15) this is understood with proper pre-planning by the establishment. The staff was pleasant. But the room was not ready to welcome us, so we had to quickly prepare our own beds. NOT A PROBLEM. However, if the staff expected us to pay more for an "extra guest", this must have been communicated up front. And not charged without prior notice. Remember, I stated very clearly at the time of booking the number of people who were part of the stay."

"The hotel locates in the eastern suburb of Munich with 15 min walking distance to ICM and 10 min walking distance to Riem train station, from which takes 10 min train to city center. The hotel restaurant environment is nice with good quality wooden furniture and relaxing atmosphere, but the dinner price is high compared with the restaurant in the city center. The hotel staff speaks poor English, and I was not taught how to use the access card at night, it was shocking that no staff stays in the hotel at night, if there were emergency, it can be a risk. Besides, there is no convenient shopping place nearby. Room is clean with wooden furniture and necessary facilities. But there is no slipper."

"It is located very close to S2 Riem station and 15 minutes walking to exhibition center. The church is solemn which is surrounded by lots of trees. Just a little bit of confusing that the rate on the webpage is not clear whether it includes breakfast. I hope you can mark it clearly on your webpage — rate with/without breakfast which could make sense for foreigners. Room is small but very tidy. The window can be opened and shower room is clean. Very polite front desk I stay two nights and they only clean my room after I check out."
