"Price of a double room is normaly 50 euro. We paid 400 instead. This was because of the big demand for rooms concerning the 10 performances of Adèle ( also Coldplay)in August this summer. Big shame to take advantage of this situation in such a way. Pictures on the website look good. Reality however is a different question. Big SHAME. Do not spent your money on sheeters."

"Bad experience.The hotel took advantage of Adele's concert and charged way over the quality of the services.The room was extremely hot, with no air conditioning, unacceptable for this price.Staff was doing the best they can, but the management is poor, disregarding the fact that they should have offered impeccable service at these prices.I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances."

"We were very disappointed with the stay since the room wasn’t entire cheap but the room and the service were poorly. The only upside about staying here was its close proximity to the Adele concert venue. 1. The room isn’t air conditioned and the window only opens at a very small angle. We went able to get the room properly ventilated, and had to sleep sweating. We ended up putting damp towels on our legs to cool down. 2. The signage wasn’t clear that there are other buildings. We arrived late so we had to check in on our own, which was fine. But we weren’t aware that our room is actually in a different building( we apologize for the people staying in room 12, as we mistaken that to be our room and tried to open that room with our key card). There was no signage directing us to other building, and it wasn’t written anywhere in the check in system either. 3. All four pillows were really old. The cotton inside were clotted and the pillows were extremely uneven. 4. The telephone provided weren’t able to be used to the emergency number written on the gate. I had to use my own mobile, calling at international phone call rates, just to get help. And the person who picked up the phone weren’t helpful at all 1. When we overheard from other guest that house keeping only comes every two days. We rang the reception for fresh towels. The person who delivered them seemed upset about our request. She pulled a long face and did not say a word when she saw me. And she left before I handed her the wet towels so I had to ask her to come back, she gave me the look as if she was really reluctant to serve me. 2. I arrived in Munich on an early flight so I asked to leave my luggage at the reception, which they were happy to do. But when we returned to the hotel that evening. There was no one at the reception, no instructions as to how I can get my luggage, and no one contacted me every though the hotel clearly has y contact information( I followed the only check in procedure as per your email before I every arrived at the hotel that morning). And when I called the emergency number that’s written on the gate, customer service on the other end told me to try opening the gate behind the reception by with my own key card. Or just wait until tomorrow morning. When I told him that it didn’t work, he replied in a very impatient manner saying that he is in Berlin and he doesn’t know anything and that I’ll just have to go to the reception tomorrow myself. I was left without glasses, nothing to change into, and no toothbrushes and all that to clean myself. We werent made aware that house keeping only comes every two days. Without ventilation in the bathroom, our towels were still damp and had to ring the reception to ask for fresh towels."

"Great location for the Munich messe arena, only a half hour walk. However the amount we paid for our rooms was over priced as there was no air conditioning - it was summertime, and no help getting the cases up the stairs to the third floor with no elevator. Breakfast was delicious and had a great range of fresh products. On the third floor with no elevator and no air conditioning in the summer. Slanted ceiling which we hit our heads on a few times. Prefer personal check in and not on a machine"

"Although I liked the hotel itself, the room and the place, I was unfortunately very disappointed with three waiters: to be more specific and not blame everyone (because there were also very pleasant and sympathetic waiters, reception clerks, etc.), I could not understand why the hotel employs one female waiter of Asian origine (who was very noisy and in a rush all the time, and whose elementary knowledge of English and German caused several confusing situations: for example, I always wanted coffee without milk, but I always got coffee with milk; I could not enjoy my breakfast because of this person who does not know how to treat a guest) and two young Romanian waiters (they were incredibely chaotic and unefficient, they even did not know they should serve a guest and bring him a bill in the end: I had to be served by a barman and a cook!!!). I am convinced that the hotel manager should be more concerned about the quality of service which is provided."

"pillows were not so comfortable. Table was fine for work a couple of hours. No air conditioning made the room get really really hot at the afternoon, and even at night. Employees really had issues understanding English, they were really rude, and could not help us without making us getting mad. There was 2 exceptions, a man at the reception at Sunday, which greeted us really nice, and a sweet woman at the restaurant at Monday evening. Both of them made their best to help us, even when struggling with the language. But all the other employees, they were really unfriendly and unhelpful. Cleaning was inexistent. Even when the cleaning staff entered the room while the "don't bother" sign was at the door, they only change the bed clothes, without doing anything else - E.g. changing towels, throwing the trash, changing the coffee cup, etc. The room seemed to be filled of dust,"

"I did not appreciate the accomodation at the guest house - dependance. The rooms here were not as we expected for the price.. I did not appreciate the absence of cleaning and refurbishing the room in two night stay. The good thing is the quiet neighborhood. I and my friend were not in the hotel, we were in a dependance. good service at receprion and breakfast. Garage parking was appreciated at a fair price in a two night stay the room was not cleaned and refurbished. My dirty cup of coffee and rubbish bins not emptied and no ceck about toilet paper."

"Overall we were happy with this hotel which is well situated for a short break to Munich the centre of which can easily be reached by a short train ride. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with particular mention of the serving staff in the restaurant who worked really hard and the excellent chef who came out to see us to make sure we were enjoying our dinners which were very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed though it was a bit on the small side and it was at the top of the stairs so we could hear people passing which was a bit disappointing as I had e mailed in advance and asked for a quiet room. All friendly and helpful in particular the hardworking waiter and waitress in the restaurant and excellent chef."

"The room was too compact and small. I was on the third floor where the ceiling blocked half of the room. Furthermore, I did not know there was no elevator! "Public transfer is not so good. Near the hotel there are no shops or crocery stores. Hotel should at least have an automat to get water or something to drink. Small room. "Very nice place but if something goes wrong after the front desk closes, you are on your own. The neighbouring room made noise from 2-4 am and I could not contact anyone in the hotel to get them to stop. There was intermittent laughing and loud talking. The phone didn't work. I realized that it wasn't even plugged. Once I fixed that, there was no one to help at the front desk. I didn't have a good night at all. There was no way I was going to knock on their door. Who knows what would happen."

"Very good. The only thing was that one of our rooms was entered and cleaned when we had put out the do-not-disturb sign and another room was cleaned only the first day, when it was less useful/needed, rather than the second day, leaving my colleague without essentials like toilet paper. The toilet paper rolls in general should be checked because I also ran out very quickly as the roll was almost finished already the day I arrived. Maybe supply an extra in each room to avoid this problem on a very basic provision."

"Stayed a couple of days for business and I only wanted somewhere quiet to stay and it was just fine. Nice are not far from Munich city centre so i guess the hotel arrangement was fit-for-purpose for me. Not sure if it meets the requirements of other guests though. Good size but nothing to rave about! wasnt able to use the digital channel list (maybe my fault!) so i used my Netflix account to watch my programs. Polite and courteous personnel although the reception desk closed at 21.00. Me and some other travelers arrived a bit later than that and although i managed to use the outside room card dispensers to check in, other fellow travelers struggled a bit. My shower cubicle drainage was blocked in my first attempt to use it. i had to remove the drainage lid and the blocked filter to avoid flooding. I guess not many hotel guests would be willing to do this before having a morning shower?! Saying that the staff came to my room to check the issue and promised to fix it at some point in the future..."

"We really enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. Excellent location, nice neighborhood, quiet, short ride to the centre of Munchen. We got all necessary information from Eva during our check-in about the evening programs in the city. The BMW Welt was a great place with children even until late evening. It was a good option parking in the hotel garage. The room was as expected, with comfi bed, good wifi, coffee in the room. The bathroom was ini-mini, but new, clean with all what needed for a short stay. Hope to return."

"As i already said, people who travel alone as i often do, need a little help to know things, to know the new city...I've had troubles with pubblic trasports, this is not your fault but a little more helpservice in the hotel reception it would be only good for any passengers. The breakfast in my opinion was too humble, too poor. The last but not least i was eager to taste some german dishes and have some beers with the hotel bed around....I could not. Don't worry i had some around Munich. The bed is fantastic... Maybe my standards are too high...I remember better service... "It was really a quite and nice room and we enjoyed it totally. However there are a few things that makes it even better: There was two mattresses in a double bed which I prefer if it’s a single fitting one. The cleaning service did not change our used cups and glasses with the clean ones and also did not charge the toilet paper while it was about to finish. I needed to go to the reception and asked for the toilet paper. Hope these points would be helpful."
