The niu Loco is named after the former Eisenwerk Hirschau at the Englischer Garten, which produced world-famous locomotives not far from today's hotel location over 175 years ago. The name Loco is derived from the English term "locomotive". The niu Loco takes up this story and brings it back to life with a colorful nightlife atmosphere: Industrial chic meets club! Colorful candy pastel meets rudimentary remnants of the steam locomotive era: connecting rods, railroad wheels and rails shine in brass and gold design. This look is interpreted in a unique and glamorous way in combination with disco balls and reflective surfaces inside the hotel. In addition to colorful design, the latest technology welcomes you in your room: whether high-speed WiFi, flat screen or powerful Bluetooth box. From the airport:
From the airport in Nordallee you first go to the S-Bahn station Visitor Park and there you take the S8 towards Herrsching. Get off at "Johanneskirchen" and go to the "Johanneskirchen Bf" bus stop. From there, take bus line 50 towards "Dessauerstraße". You take the bus to "Studentenstadt", then it's only a 550m walk to the niu Loco.

From the main train station (Hauptbahnhof München):
Coming from the main train station, you either take the U2 towards Harthof to Frankfurter Ring and from there with the bus line 177 to the Joseph-Dollinger-Bogen stop, from there you have to walk 200m.
Or you take the U5 towards Neuperlach Süd, change at the station Odeonsplatz to the U6 towards Garching, Forschungszentrum and drive to Studentenstadt. From there you walk 550m.
