"The staff at the hotel were very good, we were treated at all times in a very friendly way, they were so very helpful and understanding especially as we were non German speakers. You do not need need to improve in any way. Our room was on the top floor, just meant we spent a few seconds longer in the lift. No complaints about anything. If I return to Munich I would book here again. Everything was done to a high standard. A bit above what we normally expect, but when we compare it to what is available, a good choice, good value for what we paid. Just opposite the train station, central to everything, an easy walk to the main sites in Munich, what more can you want. Worked all the time. Great place to stay. Not typically British food, but good wholesome and enjoyable, do not change anything."
