"Hi, I would like to complain about the behaviour of the staff which was in the reception on Friday 28/04/2023 I came to him Arround 11:58 PM I told him my check out sapose to be by tomorrow Saturday 29/4 but I have made a new booking for one more night from 29/4 till 30/4/2023 and I showed him the booking reference from my phone I asked him to extend in the same room and I want to make the payment he told me sorry you can’t extend because the hotel is fully booked and no rooms are available I told him I have the booking already he told me to cancel the booking because no rooms available I checked in the app for a new booking I saw it is available and I was shocked since I am holding I confirmed booking also, the next day Saturday morning I went to the reception there was a very kind lady I showed here my booking and asked here to extend my stay in the same room and she checked and replied me off course you can and made the payment to her. These is really unexpected behaviour from a staff work in a 4 star hotel in accour group since I am a member with accour and this is not my first time to stay in a hotel for accour group. "The room 325 given to me was next to the lift. It was getting noises from lift plus guests movement. So not a ideal room to stay for peace of mind and sound sleep. Further, Breakfast serving was awful. There was a group of people who had breakfast at the same time. Almost everything was empty and replanishment was very slow."

"We booked the hotel on the way back from our ski holiday because it had a swimming pool, restaurant & bar as we didn't want to go out after a long day & drive. When we arrived, we were told that all facilities were closed (Swimming pool, restaurant and bar). If we would have known this before, we wouldn't have booked this hotel. Overall the hotel doesn't look great and old. The person at the reception was very helpful though even though he was not a hotel employee."

"Apart from the room and bed (which was comfortable), everything else about the hotel felt very unwelcoming. The restaurant was shut for the entire time (3 nights) that we were there, the lights in the lobby were off, which made it feel quite desserted. On the Saturday night, it sounded like there was a party happening in a nearby room, and the upstairs was very noisy with their footsteps on other nights. The car park prices are also different to what is listed on the Accor website."

"The fridge was not working, the air in the room was not working, the hair dryer was shutting off after 2 minutes of use, and I could not get the coffee maker to work. I have lactose intolerance, so I bring certain food items with me because I know this is a refrigerator in the room. I did not notice until late at night that everything inside of it was warm, so I had to toss it all out. Without the air or fan running in the room, it was very warm and I was sweating all night. I can not sleep with the window open, and cold air comes into the room. I always get a sore throat when I do this."

"We didn't receive the room we wanted as the hotel was fully booked. Apparently tier membership has no meaning...instead of a twin room received a double bed room with a pull out sofa. Eventhiugg hotel was fully booked the manager told she had been working on room allocagions. Apparently tuer members were indifferent to her. the welcome voucher stated clearly it was for all person residing the room - not the case. Reception coldy stated only one drink. Late checkout was not autonatically offered. It had to be requested. The room ac inop and room window had to be opened to get any air into the room - fun as it was raining nonstop and the pull out sofa got wet.... Sad hotel with an extremely poor performance."
