From the main train station (Hauptbahnhof München):

"I come every couple of months and stay here. Normally, I am 100% satisfied. However, on my last stay, the bathroom was not very clean. There was long black hairs on the floor, so I am guessing it was not cleaned. A bit disappointing, because I also paid €30 euros extra for an early check in. I definitely feel I did not get my money's worth this last stay. 😞"

"location of the hotel is perfect. the website and app say that ther is a restaurant but when you arrive the restaurant and bar were closed. it was 8PM... the room has a 2P bed but doesn't fit 2 people and the bathroom is so small that you can't open the door if ther is someone inside."

"we were more than satisfied with the accommodation, the staff came to meet us, everyone was very friendly. The hotel premises, rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy. An addition to the room that makes everyone's day, you can make yourself a cup of coffee of your choice. My only observation is the energy efficiency, due to poor insulation the rooms feel cold, stuffy, but it does not affect the quality of the hotel's service. Everything else is a clean 10."

"I visited this hotel for a couple of days when it happened to be Oktoberfest and was underwhelmed. The check in was slow and took about 20 minutes as there was a couple of Chinese/ American package tours ahead of me in the queue. Once I managed to check in, there were signs in the room saying that certain bugs had come inside the rooms but they were definitely not cockroaches or dangerous to humans. I was bitten in several places including on my face which took more than a week to heal. Although there was a hotel restaurant, the restaurant area was shut and so meals in the hotel were to take place in the bar (otherwise it was a c. 15 minute walk/ bus journey to the mall). The bar had gone all out for Oktoberfest with barmaids in traditional Bavarian dress and loud techno music. This was not a great environment to enjoy a quiet meal in. Other than that, it was a standard Mercure experience- the room was a decent size and the shower was good."

"The hotel's location is good, though a bit far from the city center - less than 30 minutes - bus+subway. Bus stations are close to the hotel. There is a nice shopping center 10 minutes by bus - with coffees and some nice restaurants to eat there. Room is spacy enough, clean. The prices were significantly lower than in the same-level hotels in the city center."

"We had a really good stay here, comfortable beds, beautiful space, good location, easy buses to places, Ubers know where to go, friendly staff. The only problem is we had a fire alarm at 2.45am where we had to evacuate the building and there was no mention of it or any type of compensation (free breakfast, free juice/snacks or even a discount on a next stay) nothing as if it never happened."

"Hotel was good. Staff were nice. Not happy that we had to move our car for 24 hours while the car park was being cleaned. The sign said it would be completed by 7pm however, there were still comes blocking entry to the car park at 8.30pm that night. We were not charged for that day's parking. The hotel also advertised online that parking was €12 per day but we were charged €18 euro each day for 4 days."
