"check in was just a bit long and initially it was asked to me for "guarantee" for 200euro. Just after checked I was gold member they didn't need nomore. Romm was good, at the bottom of the floor as requested and everything was clean. That's just a pity the pay parking, because is is a sorrounding zone. Generally was good, and a bit better than last year"

"Staff was very friendly and nice and I appreciated the room and the facilities. The only things I didn't like were the pillows, really too too soft , and there was only one per person, in fact it was like sleeping without, which was so uncomfortable and made sleep not so good, which is a pity."

"Staff on 14th of January evening was extremely rude. At first he told me my booking is cancelled because I arrived after 10 pm although I called them one day before and informed him that I will reach late. He said no problem and I made online check in too. He just made unnecessary discussion just to satisfy himself that he is in charge. I was too tired to discuss further. Later, I started heat up in the room but it didn't get warm even though more than 1 hour passed. So I asked reception for those small heaters. She told me she can only offer another room. So I asked is it working in the other room and her answer is I don't know I'm not a technician. She was already annoyed that don't even listen me. So I asked explicitly then go and check if its working in other room. Then she came to my room with that small heater but this time I had to convince her its cold. She was telling me its hot here and she is sweating as soon as she entered room. And both this personal speaking in you form like I'm one of their friend. They don't know how to speak to a customer. They should get a training about service mindset. Never again. I don't want to pay 212 euro to deal with rude people."

"I stayed in room 126 from dec 3rd to dec 6th, room cleaning was done on dec 4th and someone took my water bottle and plastic box (sandwich box) - i tried to follow up on dec 5th, 6th and no one returned it back. It was pretty expensive water bottle."

"- good location to company - nice small gestures like drinks in the foyer and mini market (but of course expensive) - bed was not comfy, it was one of those folding beds from the wall - water pressure in shower too weak - no room service (but probably clear as it is appartment) - water kettle could not be closed as lid was broken and no tea in the room"
