"I am regular visitor of this hotel whenever I visit Munich. This time, I first checked in on 3rd Oct and checked out on 7th. and re checked in on 12th after finishing my trip to UK. during this trip, I lost my forex card, and hence requested receptionist that my new card is coming with my another colleague on 14th, is it ok to pay my stay on 14th (i.e. after 2 days). Her words was, "if you can not pay on 14th, I have to throw you out". Its totally inhuman treatment and that too when I was not having money, I was on my business trip and NOT came to Munich as refugee or homeless person. She could have used better words for this, like, 'we have to terminate your stay' or 'we can not continue your stay' or she could have asked for any document as deposit. or any other way but not "throw" me out. I could not take these words out of my mind yet. also make a note, I paid on 14th as soon as I got my new card, even before my colleague check in to the same hotel. and I have Accor membership with email id, ga…"

"I have stayed at this hotel now for the last 4 years and it has slowly declined in room cleanliness and in preparation. There was dust completely covering the couch under the murphy bed. I had to borrow a vacuum and clean the couch and floor under the murphy bed. There was no dish cleaning sponge or drying towel for dishes. There was no hand towels in the bathroom. I had to get all of these things. I was there for almost 2 weeks and the room was not cleaned once during that time. I know there is no daily cleaning and do not expect it but was told the room would be cleaned the following tuesday and it wasn't. I like the location of the hotel and the kitchenette and want to continue using it when I travel to Munich for business but the service is not at the standard I expect."

"It is modern and refurbished Ikea style. Definitely needs a good and strict hause master. Our suite was cleaned probably just after other clients left, and it wasn't even a thorough cleaning. Kitchen had oily stains on cupboards, bathroom had mold stains in the shower cabin, the shower door leaks on the floor, air conditioning works all day long,but the minimum we achieved was about 26 centigrade with all the curtains shut!"

"In general everything was fine. One evening I arrived later at night, and the floor in the entrance area was really sticky, just like in the elevator, and there was a strong beer-smell. Really disgusting. Another night I wanted to open my window, but people below were smoking at the window, so cigarette smoke entered through my window. Smoking should not be allowed in-room, not even at the window."

"I love Adagio apartments, because they are perfect for our family of 4. This one came with the amenities of free coffee and tea the whole day. And even some free rolls in the afternoon (leftovers from breakfast - I also love the approach to not wasting food). Although it’s in the Olympic Park, it’s not super close to the main venues so just be aware that it is a light 20-30 minute walk depending on your pace. But everything worked out perfectly."

"When we checked in, we arrived there at 11:00 noon. The hotel said we would check in at 2:00 pm. However, we waited until 5:00 pm to clear the room and let us check in, which was too long and really made us so exhausted after long flight. "Overall It was a good stay. I stayed for 4 days along with my colleague. just couple of points can be improved: 1. The shower gel and Hand wash liquids were not pre-filled. 2. For a 4 day stay, I would expect the room cleaning service to be included. (Though I was informed during the check-in that the cleaning service is not included in my booking. But my point is why not? Please include it in the booking. Deep cleaning can be done weekly and hence is not required for short stay, but atleast the floor and garbage bin cleaning would be good."

"Special thanks for early check in!!! Very nice apartment which has everything you need. Our apartment nr. 116 is bigger than we expected. Enough space for the whole family. Possibility to have four separate sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, electric stove, refrigerator, all needed pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. Bathroom is very big also. Only 4-5 min walk from the metro station. Quiet place. Coffee / tea / cacao in lobby. Luggage store possibility."

"Room on the 6th floor was clean and efficiently equipped. No cleaning service included, available for an extra fee. Free street parking around the hotel is nearly impossible. You are left with no choice other than to pay an extra 12€ per day for garage parking. Most parking spaces are very tight for a bigger size car. Breakfast is not included and needs to be added for another 12€/day. The selection wasn't what I expected and the scrambled eggs were burned on 3 different days and the bananas they put out turned more and more black towards the and of the week. I did like the small shop with drinks, snacks and some frozen food for reasonable prices."

"This was by 4th time staying at this hotel. Firstly, the welcome drink I am entitled to as a silver member, in all other Accor hotels it is either a glass of beer or wine, one each for my wife and I. Here however, I got given one small bottle of water! The kitchen sink had no plug, meaning that we couldn't do any washing up. We reported it to reception, but her unhelpful answer was that the technical department would need to investigate it and they only work Monday to Friday, it was sunday!! Why couldn't she just have taken one from another room??? And the kettle was broken, it had clearly been dropped, but why wasn't this checked prior to our arrival?? In Fairness, first thing on Monday both items were replace and we were given a free breakfast each as an apology. Finally, the room could have been much cleaner. The floor had clearly not been properly swept and there was dust on surfaces. Unfortunately, this was the worse of the 4 Stays I have had at this hotel, which was very disappointing as it was the first time that I bought my wife to stay with me."

"My room was so small that it didn’t have desk. It was super dusty and the pans in the kitchen were all scratched. The water from the shower went directly from 50C to 20C, no temperature in between. I asked for irons at the reception and were all broken (leaking water, not turning on etc.). The only one working could not be used because it had melt fabric all over it."
