"Staff was very friendly and nice and I appreciated the room and the facilities. The only things I didn't like were the pillows, really too too soft , and there was only one per person, in fact it was like sleeping without, which was so uncomfortable and made sleep not so good, which is a pity."

"Staff on 14th of January evening was extremely rude. At first he told me my booking is cancelled because I arrived after 10 pm although I called them one day before and informed him that I will reach late. He said no problem and I made online check in too. He just made unnecessary discussion just to satisfy himself that he is in charge. I was too tired to discuss further. Later, I started heat up in the room but it didn't get warm even though more than 1 hour passed. So I asked reception for those small heaters. She told me she can only offer another room. So I asked is it working in the other room and her answer is I don't know I'm not a technician. She was already annoyed that don't even listen me. So I asked explicitly then go and check if its working in other room. Then she came to my room with that small heater but this time I had to convince her its cold. She was telling me its hot here and she is sweating as soon as she entered room. And both this personal speaking in you form like I'm one of their friend. They don't know how to speak to a customer. They should get a training about service mindset. Never again. I don't want to pay 212 euro to deal with rude people."

"(-) When we first came to the room, our extra bed for the kids hasn't made yet eventhough we already stated in the reservation that we will come with 2 kids, and we had to wait around 45min to 1 hour for the cleaning lady to come to our room to fix it. The room was warm, eventhough with full air conditioning,it stay maybe around 26 degrees. And it was summer, so yes the room felt not fresh enough. The room was also a bit smelly. It was a food smell that we're not fond of. Even the exhaust fan of the kitchen also emit such smell if we turned it on. (+) The location is nice, not too busy. The parking lot is quite big The bed is comfortable"

"Adagio Access is reasonably well located, an 8 minute walk to the Subway and then a 15 minute ride to Munich centre. The Apartments were well equipped with all that we needed for a short stay and cooking if required. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big bonus was free Coffee during the day and a supply of Buns and Croissants after breakfast. The only negative was that the Airconditioning was kept at 27 degrees - which was extremely uncomfortable. Could open the windows as we were then disturbed by the trains running on the track nearby. Finally had to borrow a fan after on sleepless night. If not for this I would have given a full 10 score."

During our stay the team organized a get together themed International Cocktail day, we wined and dined with other guest while getting to know each others.. "check in fast, room given in apparently silent position. room with a lot of light in the morning, event with the blind. cleaned but a bit "worn". a lot of noises by the doors when they were closed with big crashes and vibrations in the walls. cleaning women very noisy in the morning of monday. the shower faucet was not efficient with cold/hot switch, so i had pain to have a shower. check out was ok, very kind girl at the reception generally i've found better around for "adagio access""

"I am regular visitor of this hotel whenever I visit Munich. This time, I first checked in on 3rd Oct and checked out on 7th. and re checked in on 12th after finishing my trip to UK. during this trip, I lost my forex card, and hence requested receptionist that my new card is coming with my another colleague on 14th, is it ok to pay my stay on 14th (i.e. after 2 days). Her words was, "if you can not pay on 14th, I have to throw you out". Its totally inhuman treatment and that too when I was not having money, I was on my business trip and NOT came to Munich as refugee or homeless person. She could have used better words for this, like, 'we have to terminate your stay' or 'we can not continue your stay' or she could have asked for any document as deposit. or any other way but not "throw" me out. I could not take these words out of my mind yet. also make a note, I paid on 14th as soon as I got my new card, even before my colleague check in to the same hotel. and I have Accor membership with email id, ga…"

"I have stayed at this hotel now for the last 4 years and it has slowly declined in room cleanliness and in preparation. There was dust completely covering the couch under the murphy bed. I had to borrow a vacuum and clean the couch and floor under the murphy bed. There was no dish cleaning sponge or drying towel for dishes. There was no hand towels in the bathroom. I had to get all of these things. I was there for almost 2 weeks and the room was not cleaned once during that time. I know there is no daily cleaning and do not expect it but was told the room would be cleaned the following tuesday and it wasn't. I like the location of the hotel and the kitchenette and want to continue using it when I travel to Munich for business but the service is not at the standard I expect."
