"I really like the quiet and convenient location of the hotel. Staff friendly . The room is small but ok sized with a comfortable bed. The bathroom however is a joke. I’m 6’4 and hardly fit into the smallest shower of the world. Also the toilet paper holder is directly at the toilet seat. It’s impossible to sit properly on the toilet seat . The smallest bathroom I have ever seen at a Mercure hotel. As much as I like Mercure I don’t want to sit on this toilet ever again."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times, so I’ve had the opportunity to compare different room options. Unfortunately, I was assigned a tiny room on two occasions, which seems to be used when a family books two connecting rooms. The lack of space made my stay uncomfortable. I couldn’t even open my suitcase correctly, and I barely slept for two nights due to the loud guests in the other room. This experience was quite disappointing."

"Location is good, short walk to tram with 4 stops to central main train station. Rossmann close by. A very delicious Greek restaurant in 10 steps. Request to change the room because of loud noise f. connecting room, staff managed as requested without any problem."

"The hotel is located a bit north of the city centre, but the tram stop is only a 2-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. (with the extra nite I booked, he helped me with a membership discount!!) The room is clean and quiet, featuring stunning modern interior design. The bar is open until midnight, and I had a pleasant experience staying here for 5 nights."

"We get the top floor room at 4 floor and it was hot like a sauna in the room.Ac didn't work and I adressed the issue to the staff We get a new room the next day and after that we was more pleased to our weekend. Just a little disappointed that the staff didn't checked the ac before we arrived"

"Compliments go to the staff at breakfast, very attentive, and professional service. I appreciated that my allergies where noted and that I was taken care of. THANK YOU. This said, unfortunately, we can only rate our stay as 'average' not because of the hotel facilities, location, or rooms but rather because of the staff at front desk/reception, not friendly at all, quite rude actually and unmotivated. A simple smile and greetings when entering or leaving the building would suffice and make any guest welcome. Also, our room was okay, spacious and comfortable beds. The shower is a little outdated and we had some kind of extractor in the room which made a really bad noise from 10am - 9pm and on occassions whiffs of unpleasant smells too. It was not the bathroom extractor as that one only went on when you switched the light."

"Location of the hotel was good, and rooms were clean and sufficient size. The staff were really friendly. However, the AC doesn’t work so the room was extremely hot and opening the window also isn’t the best choice because the street outside is really loud and they don’t have earplugs. The price was much too high as well for what you got."

"The staff was very welcoming, always someone was on reception and ready to help, even late at night. The check-in, made previously on the All.com website, took a minute. Good location, excellent transport communication with the main station - 10 minutes on a tram, which often walks and on a schedule. Around there are a lot of opportunities to eat and drink, a supermarket. At night, noisy with open windows. However, the street is wide, and dark curtains, a quiet air conditioner and good sound insulation make it possible to sleep normally. Breakfast is very good, including omelet, bacon, sausages, fruits, yogurts, etc. The room has a bottle of water and sets of tea and coffee, a comfortable sofa in front of the TV. The bathroom has a bath, soap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Every day, cleaning and changing towels was carried out, although we stopped at only 2 nights. A large mirror in the hallway. The bed is spacious, moderately soft and comfortable. The corridor was a little sad - the cabinet door opens, overlapping the door to the bathroom, the safe did not work. The bath with the shower is a little crowded, it is easy to spill water to the floor."

"Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well designed room with good desk and practical wardrobe area. Short walk from tram stop. Close to Olympiapark for a run. I only found the abstract decor of aristocratic figure on the curtain when it's drawn to be a little bit creepy especially at night."
