"Love this hotel, family oriented. There are toys and a xbox for kids to play. Restaurant food was also nice especially the cheese burger 👍🏻 parking is just beside and access through elevator. Breakfast was also nice. Bed was comfortable. The only complain for us, was too hot in the room, so we have to open windows so its noisy sleeping. But maybe for others they like the warm rooms. Not sure. But over all super good! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"We stay at Novotel hotels while traveling in Europe and this Novotel was one of the best hotels. The experience was awesome from the check in at reception to the rooms and service. The staff was really nice and welcoming. A nice note from the manager along with the complimentary drinks vouchers waiting in the room. The breakfast was Novotel standard, wide variety of vegetarian options. Highly recommended"

"You always want to good sleep and you book these hotels. The room temperature in December (25-26th) was about 24 degrees we were unable to sleep. I had 2 kids. We had a disturbed night sleep. The response from the receptionist was that she cannot do much about it and asked to open the window but before that I will need to sign a waiver. Other than that everything was okay"

"Couldn’t sleep because the air conditioning was permanently set to 22°C, making the room uncomfortably hot. The lack of temperature control was frustrating and ruined an otherwise decent stay. Until this is fixed, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who values comfort."

"Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations I had based on accors values and reputation, and I would like to address the series of issues I encountered from check-in to check-out. Check-In Process: Upon arrival, the check-in process was unreasonably non-engaging , rushed and an unhuman-like welcome , despite my reservation being confirmed and I checked-in in advance. It felt like not much hotel info was given to me i.e. WIFI and restaurant details etc. I was also given a room that did not match the type of room I normally reserve when I stay at Accor . Room Condition: When I finally got to the room after searching the whole 1st floor and walking into a conference with my luggage , iron and iron board as no instructions of the room's whereabouts were given to me at check-in . I found the room rundown with not enough linen below standard . Noise and Comfort: During my stay, I was also disturbed by drainage noises the whole night and was unable to sleep which made it difficult to rest or enjoy any peace and quiet. Customer Service: When I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk staff, I was met with indifference and no immediate solution and was handed two small teddy bears not sure why perhaps as resolution . Check-Out Process: Finally, the check-out process was equally frustrating and poor with zero interaction. The entire experience left me feeling very dissatisfied and upset."

"Munich was our last stop in Germany. We found the hotel easy as we were traveling with children. The food was excellent, it was easy to get taxies and the staff could not have been nicer. "The room was quite small. I booked a family room, which I thought would be bigger. Turned out it’s just the standard room but they put extra beds. Hot water ran strong, which is a plus point. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. Yet there was no toothbrush (maybe I should ask for it but I didn’t). Location can be reached easily using tram from Munchen Hbf. Walking will take around 20-30 minutes. (-) the carpet felt dusty The overall stay was OK."

"I found the pillows and bed super comfortable, I slept great which was really something that I, as someone sensitive to noises, treasured after a disappointing Airbnb experience in Augsburg right before. The sauna was wonderful to have. Some nights the temperature felt too low. I didn't try food/breakfast, but a colleague (we were on a work trip) said the food was great! "Few Rude people make all the difference between hell and paradise. I had a disappointing experience. I requested a paid extended checkout until 4:00 pm. They offered me a free extension up to 2:00 pm or a half charge because they were fully booked and didn't have cleaning staff available. The next day, the assistant manager completely denied this arrangement, for reasons I couldn't understand. I felt she was not being truthful with me. There is also a chance she was made to misunderstand the situation and presumed I was lying, without any second thoughts."
