"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. My favorite part was the free mini bar—such a nice touch! However, the only downside was the noise from the garbage area during weekdays. It was a bit disruptive in the mornings. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"Stayed for one night to use Munich as a transfer point. The hotel was really nice, and I enjoyed staring in my room. Service was also excellent, and I enjoyed a nice breakfast before my flight. I decided to have breakfast spontaneously, yet there was no problem with that: I simply told that I didn’t reserve it and paid later at the checkout. Overall a magnificent experience, everyone’s proficient in both German and English and also provided me with good insights about navigating from the main station to the airport, as well as how much prior to the flight I should arrive"

"The hotel was located close to the train station which made easy access to get around. The hotel was clean and our room was spacious and nice. It was great to have complimentary juices, water and beer on a daily basis with the mini- fridge being restocked daily. That was great! The not so good. There is only shower gel to wash with and they do NOT provide you with any wash clothes to properly clean your body. The fitted sheet on the bed feels wet even though it apparently isn't. The breakfast is overpriced. Eat away from the hotel."

"The hotel is within easy reach of the central station (Hauptbahnhof). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were efficient and friendly. The free wifi and minibar were a bonus. Although I didn't try any myself, the bar stocks an extensive selection of gins and different tonic waters for G&T lovers. My only criticism is that the water in the bathroom had a distinctive odour of rotting cabbage. I don't know whether this is a problem in Munich generally or just in this hotel."

"The hotel is truly a 4 Star hotel, with great service, friendly staff and large rooms. The rooms are not the most modern, but they do the job and have a fully stocked mini bar included as well. This is a great touch, and something I would hope a lot of other hotels would do. Hotel is not in the greatest area, but only a few hundred metres away from the main train station, and the tram is around the corner. You can easily walk to the shopping streets of Munich and most attractions. The hotel is well priced for what you get and breakfast was outstanding every day. I've stayed in much more luxurious hotels, which don't come close to the room size and breakfast offering."

"We arrived at a freezing called room, and after it came to know that we need to switch on a heating system manually. It took over 8 hours the room to warm. As an employee of Fairmont Hotels and Resorts we had ALL heartist benefits applicable for Fairmont and Raffle brands, however the receptionist said they did not follow when we mention about complimentary breakfast. The early check was provided as a gesture, It was appreciated. After, we called reception twice to clarify about room amenities and at both times it was confirmed that all items including the cooling mini bar, was complimentary. However, after the check out we were charged around 27 euros without any notification. It was very disappointing :("

However, the location of the hotel is in a poor, dirty and a little intimidating area of Munich 5 mins from the central station so there are no views to be had. "I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Don’t be put off by the exterior surroundings. The hotel is less than an easy 5 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and all the various public transport options. The welcome was extremely friendly and an early check in was no problem. Although not ultra modern my room was a generous size and very comfortable with decent beds and a good desk. There was a generous free mini bar, replenished daily. Good storage space with plenty of good hangers. Daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. My room was very quiet and of a good temperature. Unexpectedly breakfast was included in my good value rate- a huge range of well presented buffet items and the whole operation was well run by a friendly team. Highly recommended!"

"We had a good 4 night stay mid January 2025. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and bed very comfortable, and the complimentary mini bar was excellent. One improvement would be a fully enclosed shower. It would also be a good idea to ask guests not to smoke and vape directly in front of the main entrance. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"We stayed in Munich for 3 nights to do some sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the centre and also very close to tram and underground stops for travelling further. We were travelling by car and were concerned about the clean air zone in central Munich, so we called up the hotel as we approached the centre and they were very helpful on advising us what to do. Due to the fact that we were arriving on a public holiday and just driving to the hotel we decided to risk not having the emissions certificate for our car. Aside from this, the rooms were very spacious and the hotel pleasant."

"Conveniently located near the München Hbf, this hotel was a great base to take day trips out of Munich. Also a short walk to Karlsplatz and into the Old Town towards Marienplatz. We had a chance to try the breakfast at the hotel and the food selection was excellent and also tasty. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. We just wish the sofa bed opened up into a double bed but it was a single bed that only fit one person."

"Check in was easy with friendly. helpful staff. Our room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. The only complaint was the temperature of the room. I know that central European temperatures can be very low but I found it difficult to lower the temperature in the room using the air conditioning unit. Lovely shower and and a complementary mini bar. Close to the main station and within walking distance to the Christmas markets. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Check out was speedy. It is also located next to the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
