"The Receptionist Onyi was very helpful and guided us around taking the U bahn. And always has the brightest smile! "The hotel is at a great location, clean and spacious room. Sleepers in the room would be a nice addition. Covering a bath tube is needed for privacy (even with a family member travelling together). Italian restaurant downstairs is nice. Pizza was at a good quality, however pasta at lunch was not tasty. Evening staff at a restaurant is pleasant, welcoming, friendly and speak good English. However, morning staff barely understood English, they were slow, and not greeted us. Svetlana was especially rude, not greeted, not smiled, not even said Hello. She walked around as if she was giving us a favour."

"Second time in the hotel. booked a better room now thanks to the front desk employee Javidan . Who showed me the difference between the rooms when I started here last time. The room was very comfortable and this time clean :). Javidan was as great as last time , going well above and beyond providing the local guidance and helping to sort out some of the travel logistic issues. On the other day, met with another reception employee Onyi who was also extremely polite and helpful sorting the late checkout questions. Huge kudos to the person responsible for the reception. Seems like selection of employees or / and training is top notch."

"The hotel in general is good. Location next to the central station is great. The self checkin is annoying and slow and some of data which was shared via booking.com had to be filled again. The room was not heated on arrival, meaning it was freezing inside due to the low outside temperature. On day2 the windows were opened by the cleaning service and stayed open until I arrived back at the hotel at night. So the room was freezing cold again. The staff is very friendly."

"As I said upper, a cute hotel in the core of Munich in 5 minutes away from the Marienplatz with a brilliant stuff. Javidan the gentleman at the reception was extremely helpful and made my staying more comfortable. Also, I would like to emphasize the staff in the lobby cafe on the leeft side of the entrance. The only thing is a little bit outdated renovation of the rooms. But I think it's not end of the world & solvable issue. :) The crux of matter is that rooms were clean. Keep up a good job, gentlemen! "Having stayed at Flemings in Frankfurt i was hoping for this to be a similar hotel but they are very different. I prefer someone sitting at a desk for reception. Nothing much wrong with cleanliness. Had to ask for a ketttle. You can’t make tea through a coffee maker without it tasting of coffee. They asked if you would like room to be cleaned alternate days which was fine but then your milk/coffee isn’t replenished."

"Many things went sideways: - my girlfriend charged extra for the 2nd person in the room - she is asked to pay the difference and full amount although I already gave my credit card info on the booking site - on top of that the price of the room was greatly discounted on the booking site on arrival date from what I was charged on the website initially, plus the 2nd person difference asked! the bigger rooms were below what I was charged for my initial booking! - 2 floor big rooms have 2 twin beds squeezed together!! why on earth would you do that? put a queen or king bed for god's sake! - mattresses are way too soft, may be because of usage? - towels are worn down, need to be replaced - room service every other day? no mention of it on the booking site? c'mon!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the main station and just a 10-minute walk from the old town. The breakfast was excellent, though there were only two staff members serving all the guests, so it might take some time to be served. I wasn’t a fan of the self check-in, but the guy with long hair (Jevi?) was very kind and handled everything for us. However, a regular check-in process would have been preferable. "Both executives I had booked for 1 night each told me that the cleaning lady came into their rooms at 9am (while 1 exec was having a shower and the other one got dressed) and still didn't want to leave. Even when explaining that they will check out within the next 30 minutes she insisted she needed to clean the room. This is absolutely unacceptable.
