"The Fleming Hotel is in a perfect location if you are arriving by train into Munich. It is just across the road, friendly team on arrival at Reception, rooms were spacious, tea and coffee facilities, however be aware the shower room is glass and visible from the room if you are sharing with just friends. The location is also great for walking to the main Marienplatz which is about 10-15 mins walk. They have a lovely little restaurant and nice good and wines on offer. I didn't experience the breakfast but I would imagine it would be nice too! There is also a beer hall on the other side of the station which is convenient and so much to see in this wonderful city!"

"Our train was cancelled and Deutsche Bahn offered us a hotel room at Flemming's. The reception staff was very kind and we were able to store our bicycles. The room was wonderfull. We had to leave to early for breakfast and we were spontaniously offered a lunch paket. Many thanks for that!"

"Really a great stay. Extremely Convenient right by the train station (no issues with noise at all though!). We LOVED the self check in and shortly after we started the process a staff member showed up extremely apologetic for not being there - we were "alone" for maybe 2 minutes but he offered us a few free drink tickets. It was the start to a GREAT experience. Our room was one of the few with a balcony which we really didn't use given the weather was a bit rainy for our visit but we truly enjoyed everything about this hotel. Is it a 5 star Ritz Carlton no but for what it was it was way more than we expected and we would HAPPILY return again. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and had issues there because there was just 1 poor waiter working and it was busy. He forgot our order but made it right by offering us a free round of drinks. We weren't in a hurry so it was fine and we saw how hard the poor gentleman was working. This hotel is a prime example of a staff that is willing to make you feel cared about even if there were a few issues - that's all you can hope for! We were greeted every time we entered and left the property. Just an awesome staff!"

"Noisy demolition / construction noise right outside all day from 07:00 to 17:00. We would have booked elsewhere if we had known. Great breakfast and nice staff in dining room. Very comfortable beds. No kettle or tea making facilities in room. Only small glasses or cups in room. Silverfish insects in toilet area.: need pest control. Conflicting information from “front desk” staff. Self checkin on arrival not ideal. Good shower and toiletries. In summary, not as good a stay as last time. Flemings appear to have cut costs and some quality in the process."

"Got charged unexpectedly high prices. First we booked it would cost 1100 Euros for 5 nights including breakfast. Then after we figured out it didn't include breakfast, the cost went up to 1300 euros. We argued since we initially booked breakfast we should get it including breakfast for 1100. They agreed. When I got the bill it was 1330 euros. Furthermore, the breakfast cost was only 10 € per day, so the additional 200 € was just a scam. Furthermore, some of the rooms were infected with silverfish. Quite disgusting and easy to take home those pests accidentally."

"It was a good surprise and it exceeded our expectations. Not a very premium area but being next to the train station and a walking distance to the city center is a plus. The breakfast was very good (specially the eggs made at the moment). The room was functional and comfortable, unfortunately the black out didn’t work very well. Very nice staff! A special and important note: I dropped my 2 gold rings at the reception floor and Darina found them and kept them safe. She definitely saved my day. She was very nice and empathic. "It was a good stay, however, when I went back to the hotel to pick up my luggage in the afternoon, no one was at the reception and the front desk office had their door wide open. This is a security issue as anyone could just walk into the office and pick up guest luggage. If staff members have to leave momentarily, they need to lock the door of the office, leave a note, and come back quickly. I cannot imagine if people lost their luggage because of this, especially for international travellers."

"This was my second stay at a Flemings Hotel (first one at Wuppertal) and I am glad to find the same quality and hospitality. Comfortable bads, a good shower and toiletry. Reception team was great, a special mention for Ömer who was very quick at problem solving and for Meryem who had a very warm attitude at serving us. The only thing we criticise is there is not telephone in the room. We wondered if any emergency situation occurs how we could reach to the reception. For example if a guest has a heart attack while in the room the other one wants to call reception to receive quick hospitalisation by ambulance and cannot leave her/him alone. We mentioned this to the reception on our check out day and have been told we must e-mail to the hotel.This might not be convenient in an emergency conditions."

"Great reception staff. Oni was great (sorry if misspelled your name). Nice sized rooms with great A/C and great shower (be warned though, glass box), decent breakfast. Across from Hauptbahnhof and a 20-25-minute walk to Marienplatz. Parking is expensive down the street at $35 Euro/night. Breakfast is good and staff will cook you eggs to order if you ask. Cleaning service is every other day. Massive construction nearby, but no noise was made during the evening. Easy walkiing to several good restaurants and convenience stores. Immediate area is not very well taken care off, but that sure isn't the hotel's responsibility."

"Very close, less than five minutes walk, from the main train station. Easy walking to the old part of Munich for a quick explore. "All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was good, but would have liked to see some daily changes since we ate there 5 days. The coffee machine was great. We liked the location near the train station and walking distance to everything. A few comments about the room: The lights in the bathroom are terrible. They are not very bright and the frosted fishbowl sink gets filthy very quickly. The water gets hot very quickly, which was nice. The room was very warm and we asked about the air conditioner, but apparently it doesn't work unless it's extremely warm outside. It was good that we were able to open the windows to let in the cool breeze,but had to shut them while sleeping because of the street noise. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day,but was only cleaned once. I understand we were leaving on a Sunday, and they probably didn't want to clean it both Saturday and Sunday. The one day it was cleaned, the staff didn't check the shower gel, as it was completely out, so we had to go ask them for a new one. Otherwise, the room was very clean and we were grateful for the complimentary wi-fi."

"The hotel is at a great location, clean and spacious room. Sleepers in the room would be a nice addition. Covering a bath tube is needed for privacy (even with a family member travelling together). Italian restaurant downstairs is nice. Pizza was at a good quality, however pasta at lunch was not tasty. Evening staff at a restaurant is pleasant, welcoming, friendly and speak good English. However, morning staff barely understood English, they were slow, and not greeted us. Svetlana was especially rude, not greeted, not smiled, not even said Hello. She walked around as if she was giving us a favour."

"Second time in the hotel. booked a better room now thanks to the front desk employee Javidan . Who showed me the difference between the rooms when I started here last time. The room was very comfortable and this time clean :). Javidan was as great as last time , going well above and beyond providing the local guidance and helping to sort out some of the travel logistic issues. On the other day, met with another reception employee Onyi who was also extremely polite and helpful sorting the late checkout questions. Huge kudos to the person responsible for the reception. Seems like selection of employees or / and training is top notch."

"The hotel in general is good. Location next to the central station is great. The self checkin is annoying and slow and some of data which was shared via booking.com had to be filled again. The room was not heated on arrival, meaning it was freezing inside due to the low outside temperature. On day2 the windows were opened by the cleaning service and stayed open until I arrived back at the hotel at night. So the room was freezing cold again. The staff is very friendly."
