"We stayed at Sofitel during our participation in Bauma in Munich. Everything was wonderful, the hotel is very luxurious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Although breakfast was a bit crowded on some days, the staff did their best to accommodate everyone. Special thanks to Duty Manager Mr. Umut who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He consistently checked in to ensure our stay was going well and asked if we needed anything. Outstanding customer care. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back."

"We stayed at Sofitel Munich recently and honestly it was a very good experience. The hotel is luxurious, the room was clean and very nice. Design is modern but also very comfortable. Lobby and atmosphere feel elegant. We enjoyed our time here a lot. Staff was really friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Check-in and check-out was smooth. But what we really want to mention special is Mr. Umot Mahmoud, the hotel manager. He is not just professional but also warm and welcoming. We were in Munich because of some medical reasons and he helped us with some things personally, which meant a lot to us. You feel he really cares about guests and not just doing the job but doing it from the heart. It’s rare to see a manager so visible and active, talking with guests and making sure everyone is happy. Big thanks to him, he made our stay feel even better. Hotels can be beautiful but people like Mr. Mahmoud make them memorable. We will definitely come back again. Thank you so much Mr. Mahmoud and entire Sofitel Munich family."

"We were very excited for our trip but we had a few things make our experience rough. 1. Luggage took 5 hours to get to our room. 2. Room phones didn't work 3. Requested pillows and they never brought them 4. Ordered Ice and was charged over $30.00 5. Parking was full and hotel was extremely rude saying we must park at another location. This was a horrible experience and probably won't come back."

"I was very satisfied with the room. It was in excellent conditions. I was quite disappointed with the views from the room… Really brings the atmosphere down. But I was exceptionally excited and delighted with the treatment of our dog Baxter. It was wonderful to have a bed for him (although it was a little small for him), and the food and water bowls, plus the little box with amenities. It’s was really so good. The fact also that you have a dedicated pet garden, that is well maintained and clean, was absolutely splendid. Not having to look endlessly for a nice place for my dog to relieve himself is great. The bar was quite busy, but I guess that’s absolutely normal on a Saturday evening. But the drinks were very well made, and arrived in a timely manner. We will come back definitely."

"I stayed at the Sofitel Munich Bayerpost Hotel twice on a recent business trip to Germany. It is an excellent 5 star hotel. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The staff are courteous and super helpful. And if your trip includes train travel, the hotel is literally located about 50 metres from Munich's main train station. And by the way, don't let the hotel's location next to train tracks put you off, I didn't hear a single train whilst in my room. The hotel's soundproofing must be phenomenal!"

"The hotel was located beautifully, no issues with that. The room was clean and nice, no issues with that either. The bar was great too! The issue is with the fact there are no services. It was my first anniversary with my wife and we stayed at the hotel. Before checkin, I requested the hotel to do something nice for a small surprise but they didn’t do it. That’s a lack of customer service and care in a rich nice hotel. I’d rather would have gone to a JW Marriott to feel more loved, invited, and luxurious. Hotel is not recommended for luxury."
