"No desk in the room - a coffee machine that didn’t work and a staff member complaining to me that my phone was too loud while I was watching content eating my meal. The people 4 tables away were talking at a level that I could hear every word of their conversation- this was an arbitrary judgement made rudely to boot. I emailed the hotel from my room that evening and did not receive a replay - menu was limited - they didn’t seem to have a shuttle back to the airport and were not forthcoming with any useful information and offered no support, such as a wake call or a review of the facilities"

"We had to stay here to catch an early flight. The room was cheaply priced for four of us, so expectations were low, but we were greeted by extremely warm and friendly staff, the children were offered fruit and chocolate, the room had free mineral water and coffee and was clean, attractive and accomodating. "Hotel is well located and clean (Brand new). Staff can be either really friendly and clear or simply rude and does not answer any questions. To be more precise when checking in, we went to the counter and the young lady asked us name and ID, then gave us the key card with no other information nor guidance. Breakfast is great but at 28 euro per person, it is quite expensive for what it is in my opinion. Room was clean but no AC nor can you open the windows..."

"Having arrived early from a long haul from Singapore for a pre-advised early check-in we were met by a trainee telling us there were no rooms available while also telling us that the previous night was not full occupancy. She then told us we could have an early check-in if we paid 60 euros. I replied that it was extremely cynical and not at all family friendly. We asked to speak to the manager and after some time she offered us a room on the basis of my AccorAll membership. The room was not set up for our 18 month old and we had to ask for the baby cot to be set up on two separate occasions."

"On the check-in I was told it was too early that no early check available. But some people had early check in just after. There should be a early check-in list to be fare. The roomi was ok but phone networks lebara and vodaphone did not work and the hotel wifi is very slow and not good for video calls."

"GREAT location, the food menu was adequate, not a great selection but not bad at all. The food I ordered was outstanding - Caesar salad. The waitress was beyond reproach. The major issue I had was with the bathtub in the bathroom. You have to get into the tub to even turn on the water. But the main issue I had was the tub had a porcelain floor and was VERY slippery to move around in. There were NO grab bars to keep a person from falling. To get out one has to step up and over the bathtub edge hoping that your feet do not slide out from under you. Certainly the poorest designed shower/bathtub I have encountered in all of my years of travel!!!! If you slip and fall in the bathtubs you will certainly be in a serious amount of hurt. ADDing GRAB BARS would solve the problem."

"I phoned from the airport to find out which bus to take and was put through to a central line. After a long hold, they put me through to the actual hotel who gave me the requisite information. This took 10 minutes. I got to the hotel and was greeted by unfriendly, grumpy staff - not one of them smiled even once. The room was fabulously clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable and the sheets crisp. The shower is also superb."

"I would rate it as 10, but due to technical issues in your reservation tool, my stay has been booked separately for each night (2 nights), which caused that I got two separate invoices, I had to pay separately and on top of that my hotel card stopped to work at some point as I had to check-out and check-in again. It would be also nice if I would get an info at the very beginning that the breakfast is not included. I had to pay it also separately. Other than that - great room conditions, brilliant hospitality, also appreciated drinks free of charge and chocolate in the fridge. I'll be in Muenchen in April again and I'll stay in your hotel for sure."

"We had the check-in at 14 and check-out at 15. And on day 15, the cleaning ladies decided to WAKE us up at 8h30 in the morning. I didn't pay to be waken up by the cleaning ladies before my clock rings !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They, the hotel, known that it's our check out day, so they SHOULD / they MUST only cleaning the room after the check out is made. And not knocking instentely at hour door until we have to scream that we were still in the room. On the other room (of this same reservation), the girls woke up with a ladie in the room, at the same hour. Since they didn't respond - because they were sleeping - the cleaning ladie opened the door and entered the room !!! Sorry, but it's not for this that we paid 2 double rooms !!"

"The location for flights from Munich airport is great. The economy parking in front of the hotel (reservation needed), free shuttle to Terminals 1 and 2 in front of the hotel (be informed in 12/2023 they changed the route and it stops in the middle of the terminals 1 and 2 only). The room was fine but the beds were too small and the air in the room was heavy and close. We could not sleep too much as the window could not be opened. The breakfast was great, the cappuccino from the machine was the best I've ever had from the breakfast machine. If you do not want to go to the restaurant, which has a limited choice, you can grab some food in a food court 24/7. Check in and Check out was fast."

"This was the second time in two month that I visit your hotel, and the first time was a negative experiance but I decided to give an other chanse. this time worst, to start the reception are very rude and unprofessional like they are superior. Check in was very cold and not very helpful, then later with another receponist I try to ask for help with rental car company and very abrubt she said she could help and do know notthing without leassoning what I was asking, finally at check out same attidude very cold abrubt not very professional. The restaurant is almost never open just the bar area, again very limited food selection. Rooms are ok. Finally I asked were I could park the car and they told me the only place was the hotel parking which I did, to find out that the next morning on my check out they charge me 28 euro for the night in open space, I think is a bit expensive especilly when there is no were else to park. Overhall I find this hotel not cater to take care the clients but is like feel like because is an airport hotel they dont need to give you good service because you probally dont come back. I come to Munich alot for business so I am a repetive clients and do not apriciate this kind of treatment, Hope the managment look into for the next clients."

"Had no expectations at all as we just needed a bed after arriving late at Munich Airport. Check in easy, room comfortable etc. But the next morning we were totally taken by surprise by the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet. Make your own waffles and pancakes, top quality ingredients, huge variety. For an airport hotel that’s the best I’ve ever seen in Europe by a long way!"

"Excellent Reception staff - most helpful in every way. A delight to meet and with both a sense of humour and informed comment. Outstanding room-quality with four bottles of water (two sparkling), coffee-making facility, refrigerator, welcoming chocolates and a very comfortable bed. The seperate toilet was an excellent innovation too. The bar staff were very friendly and the food, served in the bar area (as the restaurant was temporarily closed), was of excellent quality and was delivered by a tiny mobile robot - great to see!"

No information online ~ I had to go to Rome2Rio.com to find out how to get from the airport to the hotel (public bus 635 €1.90 on the road next to the Audi centre) 4. Executive Lounge is a joke ~ strange chairs just soft drinks 5. Rooms a little tired, could do with a refresh 6. Restaurants have very limited choice and are expensive 7. Small thing for the elevator - the English for erdgeschoss (Ground floor) is not 'basement' 8. Only a few English TV channels"
