"Excellent stay. Only criticism was one of the bed mattresses was very uncomfortable but when we turned it over it was fine. The ground floor room needs a a second blind that gives privacy but lets in light."

"I had to log in late that day and personell called me during the trip and was very helpful. Only thing to criticise is the lack of free wifi, which was either not published, not mentioned in the room's documents, or possibly not free. Could not access the wifi with my notebook at all. fotunately, I had internet access via my smartphone. in all of about 15 locations @Ibis Budget in France, this was not the case. Wifi was always free and accessible."

"Dear Sir, Madame, we made a reservation for staying the night of thursday 19/7 in Budget München Putzbrunn (reservation directly via Accor site). We did the online check in upfront, as requested and received the confirmation mail attached. However, when we arrived (already late in the evening, after midnight - after 8h dirving) it was not possible to obtain our roomnumber by the digital check in at entrance hall. After 30 minutes someone of the hotel showed up to help us. He gave us the room number (106) and the entrance code (921576) but unfortunately this combination didn't work. Again 15 minutes later he told us the hotel was overbooked and the room was not available anymore. There were also no other rooms available... It was already 1 am and we still didn't have a room to sleep. The man in the hotel couldn't help us further to arrange another hotel in the neigbourhood. So we left very tired and very disappointed at 1.15 am without a clear cancellation. After that night we received several visit confirmation mails to evaluate the hotel etc, but we didn't use it. I insiist that no money is taken from my account and we will receive a fair confirmation for all troubles we've got during our trip. We are totally not happy with this situation. We understand something unexpected can happen, but we hope you can evaluate the impact of this event on our trip and take appropriate actions. Hope to hear from you soon!! kr Miet & Michel"

"This hotel is an excellent alternative for staying in Munich. The room is small but offers everything you need incl. a very good breakfast (10 Euro extra). A car is recommended to get easy access to the Alps or the next park-and-ride to use Munich's public transportation system. The management is very attentive."
